Sobre esta propriedade
The Reserve on Main - Queen Room
Summary:
Discretion in the suite. Dialogue in the salon.
A private king suite within a boutique guest floor of six—designed for elegant autonomy and shared possibility. Alongside your suite, enjoy access to a moody, velvet lounge and a kitchen with presence, shared only with your floor’s fellow travelers.
The Space:
The Reserve on Main is Louisville’s only boutique stay located above a working distillery experience—a rare gem in the heart of Whiskey Row, and the only stay of its kind in Kentucky. Step outside, and you’re standing on the most bourbon-dense block in the country. Within two blocks? More working distillery experiences than the rest of the city combined: Pursuit Spirits, Buzzard’s Roost, Michter’s, Green River, Evan Williams, Peerless, Bardstown Bourbon. This is the epicenter of spirited weekends—and you have a front-row seat.
Your suite is one of six on a boutique guest floor designed for privacy, with a little party potential. Inside: a plush king bed, sleek ensuite bath, and a refined sense of calm. Just beyond your door: shared access with your fellow floor mates to an entertainer's kitchen and velvet-drenched lounge with lighting that hits, games, curated vinyls, and enough seating to sprawl, scheme, or unwind. These room invite connection—when and if you want it.
By day, it’s a rejuvenation retreat surrounded by possibility. Morning espresso walks along the riverfront. Museum Row just steps away. Take the elevator down to Trial & Error, the speakeasy below, where you can blend and bottle your own custom bourbon with Pursuit Spirits—a distillery experience literally in your building.
By night, things shift. The lights go low. The mood sets in. Vinyl’s spinning in the lounge. Cards get dealt. The floor becomes a private world of curated pleasure. Whether you’re winding down or stirring things up, the setting supports your rhythm. Everything feels close. Walkable. Elevated. And entirely your own.
It’s not a hotel. Not a house.
Just a gem of the city—designed for rest, curiosity, and connection at your own tempo.
Guest Access:
You’ll get a secure code for contactless check-in and elevator access straight to your floor. You've got private access to your suite, including your own king bedroom and ensuite bath.
Beyond your door, you’ll share the floor with a handful of fellow travelers—just six rooms total. The lounge and kitchen are shared spaces designed to inspire connection, should the mood strike: think velvet sofas, curated vinyl, bar cart energy, and low lighting that flatters every hour.
The kitchen is stocked with essentials, whether you’re brewing coffee, pouring a nightcap, or plating takeout with a little more style. It’s a space for spontaneous conversation, slow mornings, and nights that might stretch a little longer than planned.
The entire guest floor is accessible via elevator or stairs, and is exclusively for guests of The Reserve—no outside foot traffic, no interruptions, just a small circle of kindred spirits and plenty of room to keep to yourself.
The Neighborhood:
You’re in the prime, most bourbon-dense block in Louisville. Step outside and you’ll find yourself surrounded by:
Whiskey Row’s historic distilleries and tasting rooms
Museum Row, with the Frazier History Museum, Louisville Slugger Museum, and KMAC Contemporary Art just steps away
The riverfront for morning runs, sunset walks, or big-event energy
Nulu and Butchertown, packed with chef-driven dining, breweries, and nightlife
Local favorites like High Horse, Proof on Main, and Butchertown Grocery Hall
From espresso walks in the morning to bourbon pours at night, this block is your all-access pass to Louisville’s culture.
Getting Around:
Most of what you’ll want is just outside your door—distilleries, museums, bars, and restaurants are all walkable. For anything farther, rideshares are plentiful and quick. The riverfront is minutes away on foot, and if you’re driving, paid street, lot, & garage parking options are nearby.
Other Things to Note:

Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
