We have just completed a full renovation of our Fox Bay Condo, featuring new flooring, new updated bathrooms, quartz countertops, quartz vanities, and new furniture. (Details are provided in the specific section of the listing.) The condo still needs some minor staging and pictures on the walls when we get there before the ski season!

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. We kept the maximum number of guests to 4 for two-bedroom accommodations for your comfort and enjoyment. This season, we decided to add a Sleeper Chair to accommodate a family of 5 with three children.

Come prepared to relax in our upper-story, two-bedroom unit. The master bedroom features a Restoration Hardware King-size bed with a high-quality pillow-top mattress and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom, colorfully decorated, includes a platform Queen-size bed with a very comfortable Sealy mattress. You'll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, and dishes.

Other amenities include streaming TV, high-speed internet, and a full-size washer and dryer.

The community features a heated outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), a hot tub, a fitness center, and a furnished clubhouse with an entertainment room, pool table, ping pong, and a kitchen. Please note that the clubhouse serves 132 units in the complex.

We purchased this unit in April 2013 as an investment, leasing it until 2015. From 2015 to November 2024, we had a full-time tenant. As of December 2024, we are returning to short-term rentals, as our family has grown, and we need more space for our children’s families.

Located midway between Park City and beautiful Heber Valley, our condo is the perfect base camp for shopping, dining, and entertainment alike. Enjoy free outdoor summer concerts in Park City and two world-class day spas in Heber City (10 minutes away). During the summer, there is an endless supply of activities unique to the area: trout and fly fishing, golfing at a variety of 18-hole championship courses, hiking and biking in the picturesque Rocky Mountain Forest, boating, water skiing, or jet-skiing on Jordanelle Reservoir, and so much more. The Hailstone recreation site at Jordanelle Reservoir, which includes picnic sites, pavilions, RV and tent sites, as well as a boat ramp, is just a couple of minutes away from Fox Bay condominium
