Exceptional accommodation, Deer Valley East Village, Park City Mountain Resort

Completely upgraded and tastefully furnished condo with fully stocked kitchen with all of the amenities you need to enjoy your winter or summer vacation.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. We kept the maximum number of guests to 4 for two-bedroom accommodations for your comfort and enjoyment. This season, we decided to add a Sleeper Chair to accommodate a family of 5 with three children.

Our condo provides exceptional accommodations at a great value, without having all the extra charges property management company adds in addition to fees charged by the platform!

The (Common) clubhouse and gym are open from 6 :00 AM - 10:00 PM. Heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and furnished clubhouse with entertainment room (Big Screen TV/DVD/VCR, streaming using your personal account), Pool Table, ping pong and a kitchen are available for your enjoyment. Outdoor pool is only open during the summer season. Please be mindful of HOA rules and regulations using the common area to avoid fine.

There is a pickleball court in front of our unit and it is typically available to play. You will have to bring your pickleball paddles and balls to play!

During the winter months, enjoy world-class skiing at any one of Park City's amazing resorts. During the summer, there are endless types of activities unique to the area: Trout and fly fishing, golfing at a variety of 18-hole championship courses, hiking and biking in the picturesque Rocky Mountain Forest, Boating, water skiing, or jet-skiing on Jordanelle Reservoir, and so much more. Fox Bay Condo is located at Exist 8, Mayflower, U.S. 40. The Deer Crest Gondola at Deer Valley provides free parking and overnight ski storage just across the Highway. The Deer Valley East Village is just across the HWY from our condo, making our location desirable to ski Deer valley at an affordable rate.

Park City and Canyons resorts are only a 10 to 15 minutes to drive. Salt Lake City airport is only 35 to 40 minutes to drive.

The Hailstone recreation site at the Jordanelle Reservoir which includes picnic sites, pavilions, RV and tent sites as well as boat ramp are just a couple of minutes away from Fox Bay condominium.

Please note that we have an asthmatic family member with sensitivity to pet dander and absolutely do not allow pets in our unit. Utah State Law do not allow smoking in the balcony, and our unit is a none smoking property. If you have pets or a smoker, please do not inquiry this unit. Apology for such a restriction but it is required to protect our family.

If you are going to visit Park City or Heber, you should stay here. It is a very nice unit. Nicely furnished. Quiet. Owner is very easy to work with. Proof is I've stayed here before.

Summer in the mountains

This property was perfect for our trip. Super close to Deer Valley and Park City. It was clean, quiet, very well organized and well equipped. The owner was very attentive. We would stay again if we return.

Fantastic stay

Condo was as advertised. Terrific location near deer valley east village/Jordanelle gondola and about 20-25 min to snow park lodge. Highly convenient garage parking and in-unit w/d. Well stocked with basics for cooking. Highly recommended.

Lovely Well-Appointed Condo, Easy Access to Everything

My family and I stayed in this beautiful condo during a family vacation. The property was clean and well stocked and comfortable and was incredibly convenient to Park City, Kimble Junction, and Midway. There were very thoughtful things throughout the home---from the hand soaps and paper towels and toilet paper provided to the welcome gifts upon our arrival. Masoud was a wonderful host and a pleasure to deal with. We had great communication. Masoud answered questions quickly and was so kind and accomodating when it came to early check in or late check out. The property and host were delightful and I cannot recommend them enough.

Utah trip

This place is a great get away! The location is perfect if you're looking to get away from the majorly populated areas. located 15minutes South of Park City, and 15min North of Heber City. The condo is very clean and well kept, the owner was amazing to work with, we will definitely stay here again!

Great location, great owner

This condo is just a couple of minutes away from the Jordanelle Gondola of Deer Valley. It is clean, well furnished, with excellent beds and ancillaries. The owner is is great - easy to work with and very accomodating. The kitchen is well stocked (unusual for a ski condo). We are repeat renters and we'll be back again.

Excellent ecperience

This was actually our first experience with Vrbo, and I couldn't have imagined a better experience. The unit was very clean, comfortable, spacious, well, equipped, and ideally located for our skills ski trip to Deer Valley. The manager was extremely courteous and inviting over email and easy to contact with any questions and very helpful. Excellent excellent experience and would have no hesitation and recommending this place to stay.

Best rental we’ve ever had

We absolutely loved our stay in Heber City. The home is impeccably maintained. The owner was easy to communicate with and kind. The house had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Loved the fireplace and electric recliners. Cable was loaded with lots of great options for TV viewing. Location was great for skiing at Deer Valley if you leave early and catch the gondola at Jordanelle (five minute drive with free parking and ski storage) which we did each morning. Ski conditions were amazing during our stay. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Masoud for making your beautiful condo available to us.

Best Visit Yet

Every year for the last 20-30 years our family has visited Deer Valley. In 2005, I worked there for a season so I have prided myself in being able to find the hidden secrets of the area. We have regularly tried staying at The Lodges at Stillwater or other locations in the Heber or Midway area. The places we have found have all been decent, however, this year we were looking for something new. We came upon Masoud's property and thought that we would give it a try expecting it to be a standard condo, like many of the others we have seen. I cannot say enough how fortunate we were to come across this hidden gem. The pictures, while accurate, really don't do the condo justice. It's beautiful, well maintained, well-stocked, and comfortable. More than that, however, Masoud made this stay effortless. He sent us a detailed list of new restaurants to try, places to visit, and things to do. He gave us advanced notice of what to expect and followed up to see if we had any questions. He left a generous welcome package and ensured we had everything we needed for an excellent trip. While we typically aim to eat out, we decided to stay in on the last evening because we were so impressed with the condo that we didn't want to leave. When it was time to go, we all challenged each other to follow the very clear checkout list well because we are all hopeful Masoud will let us come back next year. I have always been cautiously optimistic about using VRBO in hopes that the places we end up with are ok. However, in this case, this property exceeded our expectations. With Masoud's help, we were also able to find some new places (stores, restaurants, etc.) to visit for future stays. Masoud's home and his and his wife's attention to detail made traveling seamless. I cannot say enough how lucky we were to have an opportunity to stay in this home. We are anxious to visit again next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. It is more than we could have asked for.

Great Ski Vacation, Comfortable Property

This property was wonderful! It is an ideal location for skiing Deer Valley and Park City. It is VERY clean, comfortable, and well stocked. In garage parking at the condo is ideal in snowy weather. Communication with owner was easy and responses were very quick. Will stay again if we come back to Utah.

Property convenient to Jordanelle Gondola and Heber City. Property owner great to work with, we loved our stay. Rented ski equipment next door at Adventure Haus. Owner had a warm welcome for us and it also includes inside parking. Highly recommend this property.

Spacious condo minutes away from the Jordanelle Gondola

We stayed at Masoud’s property for several weeks, skiing in the morning and working remotely in the afternoon. It’s a perfect location with easy access to Deer Valley via the Jordanelle Gondola. The condo is clean, spacious, bright and is filled with all the amenities needed for an extended stay. Plus the wifi worked great for all of our work related video conferencing needs!

Great condo

This condo is nicely setup - we found everything we needed there, and nice bedding/mattresses. The garage under the building was very nice since it snowed heavily the days we were there. It is a few sets of stairs to get to the door of the condo. The internet service was good and plenty fast for our work/classes (200Mbps+) The road in is plowed but a bit steep - 4wd/AWD recommended. One thing to realize is that while Jordanelle is nearby, when it's closed - it's a long-ish drive thru Park City into Deer Valley. We recommend you check out the hot tub (seemed quite available even on a Sat night) and the Clubhouse (Billiards, Ping-Pong, shared TV). The owner has a detailed welcome letter full of the details.

When we bought the condo in 2011, we were a family of 5 and still working. We are now retired, and our family grew to 12 including 4 grandchildren! We have a great appreciation of outdoor sports, good food and good life with family and friends. We bought our Fox Bay Condo so we can ski the beautiful Utah Wasatch Range (Deer Valley, Park City, Canyon, Cottonwood Canyon (Alta, Solitude and Snowbird) in the winter and enjoy summer vacation near the Jordanelle Reservoir and Provo River. Location, Location, Location at an affordable price! We also have all the amenities you need to prepare a delicious meal at the condo, without spending hours to eat out. We ski hard and relax at the condo if we are skiing. We check some of the great restaurants in the area on our off days! We are just a short drive of less than 3-5 minutes from our indoor garage to the Deer Crest gondola. You can park there and take the gondola to ski Deer Valley resort at a much lower rate than booking at the resort. You can also use the free overnight storage to keep your ski and pole at the Deer Crest Gondola Storage. We are only 10-15 minutes' drive to Park City Mountain resort mostly at a 30-mph speed limit and school zone. It is much faster to drive and park from our condo than stay in town and take the bus at an affordable rate. Please read the reviews our guests left us to get familiar with our accommodations and our offering. Most of our guests are coming back once they experienced staying with us.
