Right on the beachfront (just 15 meters from the shore). Charming seaside-style apartment with wonderful sea views. A historic 19th-century building, lovingly restored with great attention to detail.
The apartment is located in a very quiet yet central area of the seafront promenade.

It features a terrace with sea views, a comfortable living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is a spacious master bedroom, plus two single bedrooms, and a full bathroom with bathtub.
Free public parking is available nearby.

Located in one of the famous Colorful Houses, a symbol of the Costa Blanca and a protected historical-artistic site.

Discover the area’s quiet white-sand coves and magnificent beaches, all fully serviced.
The town boasts an excellent gastronomic culture and one of the most beautiful and best-preserved old quarters in the Mediterranean.

Wonderful apartment with fabulous view

This first floor flat right in Villajoyosa sea front is perfect for a break in this pretty town. The flat is traditionally furnished, bright and clean. Technically its 3 bedrooms, but the 2 single rooms arw off the main bedroom, as is the bathroom, so probably only suitable for a couple with children. A stone's throw from the beach and many bars and restaurants. We had a lovely stay.

Would like to give 5* but

Lovely property right on the beach in La Vila Joiosa which is a magical town. Good facilities, can sit on balcony and watch those swimming and be in the sea in a couple of minutes. Very quiet but the one bad feature is the lack of curtains in the bedroom. There is a streetlamp that is more like a searchlight that is on the external walk of the bedrooms. There are shutters but they are ineffective so bring your thick eyeshades. Putting up some dark curtains would make it 5*. Nonetheless we will go back.

The host answered quickly to email requests.We were able to get into the apartment before check in which was great as we had come on an early flight.Fantastic position on the beach front. Sun on the balcony from early morning to early afternoon in November.The beach is a beautiful sandy beach, no pebbles. The sea is calm and welcoming. Many families enjoying the beach at the weekend.The apartment is full of rustic charm with many original features.It does have three bedrooms but it would be more suitable for families if using all the bedrooms as the two smaller rooms are off the main bedroom.We were a couple staying on our own. Wouldn't work for two couples.There is a microwave and job, no oven. We didn't do any cooking as only there a few days.There are plenty of cafes and restaurants on the beach front...some close at teatime (probably a winter thing). We ate in a few places and can highly recommend La Cena opposite the Marina...it was amazing.We would definitely book again.

Perfect Location

We wanted a place where we could stay for 14 days and take day trips to other towns. Villajoyosa was perfect. The best thing about this apartment is its location. It is right on the promenade, facing a magnificent beach with palm trees. You can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view, eat, drink and people watch. And, it is centrally located to explore the town with a free parking lot just 200 meters away. The apartment itself is rather small, but certainly adequate for 3 persons. More than that might feel a bit cramped. The owners responded to all questions quickly. The apartment is simply furnished but clean. Since it is a very old part of town, the apartment's electrical output is challenging. There is no heating system other than electrical space heaters, which were adequate. However, if too many appliances were on at the same time the circuit breakers would trip. The system came back right away, but it did happen often enough to be off-putting. If you are ok with that, then this is a lovely place to stay and an absolutely wonderful town to stay in. Everywhere we went we were happy to go back to La Vila.

Super locatie. Midden op de boulevard met uitzicht op zee. De zonsopkomst is echt prachtig!Communicatie met eigenaar was goed. Het appartement zelf was voor ons niet passend vanwege meerdere dingen die oud, kapot zijn of ontbreken.

Our apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photographs. It is very well maintained and we have just installed air conditioning. The guest who wrote this review tried to cancel his reservation and claim compensation, but VRBO did not support his request. That is why he has left a negative comment. We do not recommend him as a guest.

Fantastiskt semesterboende

Vi, ett nyss pensionerat par, levde i allrummet och på balkongen på framsidan där man ser den underbara stranden och havet. Köket är minimalistiskt, två plattor nära varandra och köksskåp högt upp, men fungerade för oss två. En brant trappa går från gatan upp till lägenheten men det finns ett bra räcke att hålla sig i. På kvällarna var det väldigt lite trafik på gatan utanför. Lägenheten har gammaldags charm, men även nackdel av att sovrumsdörren inte kunde stängas och att badrummet ändå låg innanför denna dörr så att det ibland var svårt att få ro på sen kväll när bara en av oss ville sova och den andra ville titta på TV. Det finns två små sovrum med dörrar in till det stora sovrummet varav en av dessa gick att stänga in sig i och få det tyst och det blev vår räddning. En planritning av lägenheten i annonsen hade varit bra. När vi hade bott i lägenheten ett tag blev vi erbjudna gratis städning varannan vecka, vilket kan ses som en fin bonus. Vi trivdes så bra att vi stod ut med att bo där i Coronakarantän i en och en halv vecka och då var den extrabetalda wifi vår räddning. Utan Coronaviruset och karantänen hade vi absolut bott där de tre sista veckorna som vi nu har till godo!

Face à la mer

Après quelques déboires de communication qui ont été réglés en quelques minutes par le service d'Abritel et les propriétaires nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cet appartement fidèle aux descriptions et aux photos. L'appartement est très bien équipé et les propriétaires sont pleins de petites attentions. Rien ne manque et la vue est magnifique. Vous assisterez au levé du soleil du balcon et n'aurez que la rue à traverser pour aller profiter du sable, de la mer et du soleil. Le bar en bas de l'appartement Le ZEPPLING est tenu par des Français qui sont absolument charmants. La dolcé vita en Espagne. Encore merci, le seul inconvénient étant que nous n'avons qu'une envie y retourner.

Charming apartment, perfect location

If you are looking for charm, authentic spanish feel and perfect location and views, this is the place for you. To watch the sunrise from the small balcony in the morning and to overlook the promenade, beach and sea was amazing. The apartment itself is perfect for 2 adults. Perhaps with small children. The to tiny bedrooms were connected to the master bedroom with glass doors. The living/kitchen area is small, but very cosy. If you want to make lots of food, the kitchen may be on the small side, but for breakfast and lunch it works fine. This is a place where youreally can feel the history and we enjoyed our stay very much. The host was most helpful both before and during our stay.

Very nice apartment right on a great beach

We ended up staying in a different apartment than originally rented due to a last minute issue with the original one but the owners provided an upgraded unit slightly down the beach without any inconvenience to us. The view was excellent, the beach is the nicest we’ve seen in Europe and the town is charming. Would stay here again without question.

Sjarmerende leilighet med flott beliggenhet

Leiligheten har fantastisk beliggenhet og har alt du trenger for noen dager. Sjarmerende at stilen er så autentisk med gamle dører, god takhøyde og vakre fliser på alle gulv! Flott utsikt fra balkongen mot havet. Så sentralt som leiligheten ligger må man være forberedt på litt lyd på kvelden. Kan også bli vel varmt på natta midt på sommeren. Jeg vil likevel anbefale den på grunn av sjarm og sjel!

Nice stay in march

The flat in the old town of Villajoyosa is a nice place to spend a holiday. The view from the balcony and the lokal life in the area gives the feeling of the real Costa Blanca, not only from a tourists view. We had long walks along the coastline and next time we will hire bicycles. March is a bit out of season and the water was cold, few tourist on the beach and mostly locals in the streets. The flat has what you need and lots of atmosphere! Recommended! (Do not miss the local marked on Thursdays!)

The apartment is very well located

The apartment is very well located - in the beautiful surroundings of Villajoyosa. The promenade and the beach are located directly under Windows. on a small balcony, nice coffee. apartments though without evoramonte, but very accurate and a well-stocked equipment. There are 3 bedrooms: one double with king size bed and in 2 small bedrooms with single beds. At the entrance to the master bedroom is a bathroom. There were two of us and we are small bedroom is not used. There are fans and besides the apartment is well ventilated by the wind from the sea.there is a washing machine and dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, 2-burner stove. Wi-Fi, Pots, pans and dishes a lot.on the beach, right under the Windows grow 10 pieces of palm trees and in their shadow the day to hide from the sun, and although the apartment has a beach umbrella, which can install the water.The property owner David is very nice, intelligent man. We were very pleased with the stay. Мы отдыхали в апартаменте OId Fisherman’s House в сентябре 2016. Апартаменты очень хорошо расположены - в самом красивом месте Villajoyosa. Променад и пляж расположены сразу под окнами. на небольшом балкончике приятно выпить кофе. апартаменты хоть и без еворемонта, но очень аккурантые и хорошо укомплектованы техникой. В апартаментах 3 спальни: одна большая с большой кроватью и из неё вход в 2 маленькие спальни с односпальными кроватями. При входе в большую спальню расположен санузел. Нас было двое и мы маленькими спальнями не пользовались. Есть вентиляторы и к тому же апартаменты хорошо проветриваются ветром с моря. есть стиральная и посудомоечная машина, тостер, кофеварка, плита на 2 конфорки,WiFi. Кастрюль, сковородок и посуды много. на пляже, прямо под окнами растут штук 10 пальм и в их тени можно днём спрятаться от солнца, хотя а апартаментах есть пляжный зонтик, который можно установить у самой воды. Хозяин апартаментов Давид очень приятный интеллигентный человек. Мы осталась очень довольны отдыхом.

Appartement conforme aux descriptions et photographies. Situé face à la mer il offre une vue imprenable sur la plage vous offrant de magnifiques levers de soleil. Il est fonctionnel et situé dans une zone proche du centre ( vous pourrez faire vos courses a pieds).De la documentation locale et régionale est laissée à votre disposition dans l'appartement. Merci a Ana pour son accueil chaleureux. Pour améliorer la qualité des prestations ,je suggèrerais le changement du sommier du lit parental, un peu trop bas, pour des personnes comme nous d'un certain âge et qui souffre d'arthrose et éventuellement la pose de rideaux occultant toujours dans la chambre parentale car on peut se trouver gêner par la lumière des lampadaires extérieurs qui se reflète dans la chambre a la nuit tombée...mais tout cela n'est que détails. Très joli appartement que je vous recommande. Vous pouvez louer en toute confiance .
