The vacation rental is located in a very quiet area of Altea Mascarat, in the well-maintained "Altea Dorada" residential complex, just about an 8-minute walk from the beach. The pool, situated in the middle of the garden area, is spacious enough for lap swimming and is equipped with high-quality lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is also a small non-swimmer area. Here, great importance is placed on a well-maintained and beautiful garden and a clean environment.

You can reach the apartment directly from the underground parking garage via the elevator or a short flight of stairs. From the garden, the apartment is accessible via the ground-floor entrance without any architectural barriers. There is also a step-free ramp at the building’s entrance gate.

The vacation apartment features a built-in kitchen equipped with an oven, electric stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker. It also includes dishes, silverware, and everything needed to prepare a delicious breakfast or dinner. In addition, there is a washing machine and a drying rack. High-quality bed linens, towels, beach towels, and umbrellas are also provided.

The neighbors are quiet and friendly people, mostly from the Netherlands and Belgium, who value peace and cleanliness; many spend the winter here in Altea Mascarat. On the 35-square-meter south-facing terrace, there are two sun loungers and a beach umbrella; more are located just around the corner by the pool. The apartment also features a balcony overlooking the garden, which is shaded and perfect for relaxing on very hot days.

Three beautiful beaches are within walking distance, including two quiet, secluded coves with few people (see photos). The nearby pebble beach, “Platja Mascarat,” has a very large parking lot, partly shaded by trees, and is also well-suited for non-swimmers: the water remains shallow for several meters. There’s a nice beach café open from June through October—“Chiringuito Mascarat.”
The green gorge in front of the house—“Baranc Salat”—is perfect for walking and jogging and leads from the beach to the nearby attraction: “Cañón Mascarat.” The “Marina Greenwich” harbor, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and a mini-market, is about a 10-minute walk away.

By car, you can reach the Masymas supermarket in 5 minutes, Altea in 13 minutes, Calp in 10 minutes, and so on. There’s plenty to see, and the apartment comes with a personalized guide for exploring Mascarat, Altea, Calp, and the surrounding area on foot.

We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay.

You can safely store several bicycles in the garage.

Sports: Hikers, cyclists, and climbers are especially welcome at our apartment. We provide the following for free use: 2 climbing guides, 2 hiking guides, 2 helmets in sizes S and M/L, 2 hiking poles, and 2 via ferrata sets (for use at your own risk). We’re happy to provide tips on beautiful routes and scenic viewpoints where you can experience breathtaking sunsets. We also have 2 yoga mats, small dumbbells, and resistance bands.
At the harbor, you can rent kayaks and SUP boards, and there’s also a diving center.
