Steps from the slopes in the winter and hiking in the summer. This is a true ski-in ski-out 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium.

Location,Location, Location. This fantastic unit is not only steps away from the slopes but it is also a one block walk to the historic town of Breckenridge.

Breckenridge offers shopping, great restaurants, live theatre, live music and notorious night life. If you are looking for an authentic, fun ski town Breckenridge has it all.

The unit is located on the first floor and has a large balcony overlooking a babbling brook. On this same level are indoor and outdoor hot tubs and saunas. Across the street is an all season heated pool!

The unit has a full size bath and kitchen with an excellent open floor plan. The living area has a gas fireplace, large flat screen tv and a sleeper sofa.


The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat screen television.

Keep this unit in mind for other seasons besides winter and skiing. Unbelievable hiking, biking, climbing, sailing and other amazing activities are right out the door.

Best location in Breck!

Property was close to everything! We loved the pool and hot tub! Owner was amazing...anything we needed she was available to answer questions. You will not regret renting this condo.

Great location!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (our two little boys slept on the pullout couch). The location could not be easier for getting the kids to ski school in the Village and then jumping on the Quicksilver lift. We loved walking to all of the restaurants and shops at night. We'll definitely return to Trails End on our next trip!

Homeless Weekend Solved

An awesome place to be for the 'homeless time period' when moving our grad student from one residence to another. Great mountain getaway from packing and storing all week. Enjoyed walking to breakfast, biking through town and the mountain trails. The stream and sound of the water was exactly what we needed to relax before heading back to Boulder and unpack in the new residence.

Great condo

Spent a long weekend here skiing with my son over Easter. Very good location near Quickslilver lift. The building is older, but well maintained. The condo itself is on the small side, may be tight for a family of 3+. I appreciated the humidifiers in the closest...VERY helpful at such high (dry) altitude! Good water pressure/shower, which is always a bonus...and, the owner, Brigitte, is terrific, and very responsive - would definitely return!

Best 2 bedroom Condo at Peak 9

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Trails End 106. It is very comfortable and equipped with all cooking supplies needed. The owner Bridgett took great care with getting us our key and parking pass. I love this because all the other times I have rented a condo I have to try and find the rental location in the dark to get my key etc. As a bonus she also leaves a bottle of wine to enjoy and a gift! Thank you for the great weekend!

Cute Condo, GREAT LOCATION!

My husband and I traveled to Breck for a last-minute, 3 day ski trip with our 2 small children. We're so lucky this condo was available! We had plenty of room, even though it has just one bedroom. The kids slept on the surprisingly comfortable pull-out sofa bed. The best feature of this condo is that it is steps away from the Breckenridge Ski and Ride School at the Village location. Walking our 4-year old and 8 year-old to ski school so easily really was AWESOME! And, after dropping them at ski school, we hopped on the Quicksilver lift...which was also just steps away! The town of Breckenridge was also a very short walk. We highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Condo

The location of this condo Trails End is hard to beat. It really is a Ski-in Ski out. Located at the base of Peak 9. I have stayed at this condo probably 20 times over the years. This was my 1st time in this unit 106 and probably one of my best if not the best I have experienced. Warm and welcoming, well stocked, and comfortable bed. The owner was the direct person that we got our key from etc. She was very helpful and available if we had any needs or issues. We arrive with a bottle of wine and water waiting for us. 1st time that has ever happened at Trails End! Nice touch. We will definitely be going back next season. Thank you!

Awesome Place to stay

My family and I stayed in this unit for a week in July. We are a very active family and found this unit to be within easy walking distance of downtown Breckenridge as well as several hiking trails. There was actually one hiking trail that we could pick up right outside our back door. The arts center, located right down the street, was very active at that time so we were able to enjoy several indoor and outdoor concerts. The night life we found to be very enjoyable as we found that we could go out for a simple meal or if we wanted something a little more elegant there were many options to be found. We found the town to be very "kid-friendly" as well as there is a Rec Center located within a very easy driving distance that had a climbing wall and a huge swimming pool. There are many places to rent bikes for mountain biking or if you are looking for something a little more sedate, there is a bike trail from Breckenridge to Frisco that we enjoyed riding on several times as a family. My family and I loved Breckenridge and the location of this unit. We also found this unit to be very clean and well kept. It was perfect for our family of four. We can't wait to visit Breckenridge again and we would once again want to rent this unit.

Perfect family ski vacation

This unit was absolutely perfect for us! We loved the hot tubs and the cozy atmosphere! The kids loved skiing at Breck and the Quicksilver lift, which was right in our backyard, was perfect access for confidence building slopes for our youngest. We will be back!!

Great experience

We enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect- very close to the Quicksilver lift. The check in process was the best- it was so nice to have everything and drive straight to the condo after a late flight. Bridgitte had excellent communication and was very helpful with restaurant recs. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the separate extra towels we could take to the hot tub. Definitely recommend!

Love this condo

This is out 3rd stay in this Condo. The owner is very personal and makes check in easy. She even leaves you a bottle of wine to enjoy while there. Location is perfectly located at Peak nine chair. Hot tubs are private and never over crowded. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our stay in Breck! In the heart of everything! The ski in, lift out property was so convenient. Condo had everything we needed minus ceiling fans. Even tho it was snowing we like fans for noise and circulation. That is my only complaint but it wouldn’t keep us from staying again. We loved every minute of our stay!

Location was perfect

Could not be closer to slopes. 100 steps from door to skiing. Couple blocks to downtown shops and restaurants. No need to use car after arrival. Owner very attentive and communicates to prepare prior to arrival, checked in during stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!!!

This is a true ski in ski out Condo at base 9. The owner is extremely helpful with wanting to make the stay perfect. The condo is also located a short walk to Main Street where all the shops and eating places are located. We loved our stay and hopefully will get the chance to return in the future.

I love this property. Great location, ski in/ski out to peak 9, short walk to town. Bridgette, the property owner, was great to work with. Check in and checkout convenient. Thoughtful touches in condo to make you more at home. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay !!

We loved this unit !! Cozy bed with a great deck where you can hear the stream. Shower has amazing water pressure. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions we had !

This condo is in a great location. It has a nice balcony that faces the green space and is well equipped everything you’d need. The owner was very friendly and gave us some good suggestions for great hikes close by.
