The Space:

Step into a warm lodge atmosphere with wood flooring and striking vaulted ceilings with wooden beams highlighted by a two-story stone fireplace. Prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen featuring granite counters, high-end stainless appliances, and a large island with seating for five. The dining room boasts a 14-foot table accommodating 12 guests for memorable conversations and delicious meals. The main floor primary suite offers a king bed, spa-inspired bath with jetted tub, walk-in shower, and patio access. Two additional king bedrooms and a bunk room with full-size bunks provide plenty of sleeping options for everyone.

▹▹▹ Absolutely! Suncadia is a quiet, secure resort community. It's family-friendly with minimal traffic and plenty of outdoor space for kids to safely explore. The abundant wildlife is very familiar to humans but always remember, they are wild. It is never a good idea to approach or feed them.

The Neighborhood:

Whispering Pines Escape is located in the Dawson Park neighborhood within the peaceful and expansive Suncadia Resort. This area is known for its incredible outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, with trails starting right outside your door. Three golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks and playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery, horse-back riding, river rafting, fly fishing and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Guests will find public parking just steps away from the front door. Please note: no street parking is permitted.



Other Things to Note:

Pre-arrival form and ID verification requested upon booking confirmation. This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. 



Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! 





SUNCADIA AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS:

* Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, and more.

* Ice Skating, snow tubing, Nordic Skiing weather permitting

* Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn

* The Glade Spring Spa

* Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)

* Equipment rentals (e-bikes, bikes, scooters, paddleboards, etc) Restrictions include:

* Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which is reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.

* Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you.

Beautiful home. Perfectly supplied from toiletries to kitchen appliances Great location for enjoying the outdoors, out the back door for access to walking path and sledding hill. Property Management is efficient and has an excellent attention to details. We will definitely return for more winter fun.
