2BR Beautiful Venice Home with Private Pool

This clean, comfortable, private home in a quiet neighborhood is just minutes from beaches, downtown, shopping, fishing, and golfing. Or if you like, stay at home and relax by the solar heated and lighted screen enclosed pool. This home offers a washer dryer, cable TV, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, gas barbecue stove, and a roomy garage for your car and 'Florida snow shovel.' (You will need the 'snow shovel' to find one of Venice's most renowned attractions, sharks teeth! One of only two beaches in the world where you can just scoop them up.)

There are two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, plenty of drawer space, attached bathroom, and immediate access to the verandah and swimming pool. The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the home for added privacy. It contains two twin beds, a double closet, and two sets of drawers. The second bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door. ***Please note that both bathrooms will have toilet paper when you arrive but you will need to get extra for your stay,

The living room and dining room area is spacious and comfortable. The common room contains a TV and is made to order for visiting or resting. Central air and heat and ceiling fans in every room add to the comfort of the home.

All in all, this ideal Florida home invites you to make your stay all you want it to be - at home, the beach, or on the Venice shopping esplanade! Come on down!

Perfect Home Base in Venice

Perfect home base for my stay in Venice visiting family. Convenient, quiet, spacious and with all the necessities. Tom was very communicative. Access was easy, and the pool was a nice bonus. I’ll be looking to stay here again in future.

Great home great location

Home and neighborhood are great, close to everything you will need, it is in central location so the options for beaches are the best, this area is a hidden gem.

Vacation Stay

Easy location

The location was perfect. I was worried about the drive to the beach and parking when I initially booked. This property turned out to be perfect. 10 minute drive to South Bohar Beach parking, very little traffic on our drive and plenty of parking as we arrived early each morning before 8am. Aldi 2 minutes from the home, and plenty of dining options within 5 minutes. The pool was fantastic for entertaining the kids, and the home had two family room areas to spread out.

Great location and home

We enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was located right off of the main highway which was great getting to places. The pool was great, especially after long day at the ballpark (we were in town for a baseball tournament). Loved the open layout of the house. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house and host

The house has everything you need and then some . The owner is easy to get a hold of if you need anything at all. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I will be staying with this property next year .

Close to everything including several beachs. Will be using this later in the year for a girls gathering. Loved it!!

Quiet are nice place

Place was clean and comfy, not far from a few restaurants. Pool is screened in and enough bushes etc for privacy. Has probable every pot/pan kitchen item you will need. Basic instructions for staying and plenty of info ( brochures) on attractions and eateries.

Venice Gardens

This is a very nice rental. Listing was accurate, the house is extremely clean. The pool was clean and heated. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Stores, restaurants and beaches are close. Communication with owner was good, questions were answered promptly. Definitely would stay here again.

A little oasis

Tom was a very accommodating host. The location was very central - close enough to the main road to make the journey to the beach easy, yet not close enough to hear the traffic. The house was spacious and well furnished, with probably the most comfortable armchair I have ever sat in!

The house was as described, clean & very welcoming & as we arrived later than expected, Tom had arranged for lights to be left on which was great. The location was ideal for what we needed & we were just grateful that the house was available at short notice. It will be somewhere we consider again when visiting the area

Family weekend getaway

Another great stay

I am very tempted to give this property zero stars in an attempt to have it available only for us the next time we visit beautiful Venice. The property is the right size, very clean, and equipped with everything you may need for your stay. We cooked and did not lack anything. Communication with the owner was great and prompt. Can't wait to return, this time for longer. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Overall nice property in need of some updating. Water pressure in the showers very low, found 3-4 cockroaches in the living room. Kitchen nicely supplied. Pool is good sized and solar heated.

Loved it!

Wow! What a nice place. Tom was really good with the check in instructions. But we could've used some more check out instructions. But what a great place and all the extras all the beach stuff, the coolers, just everything I can't say enough good stuff about the place. I hope they still have it available next year.

Perfect Long Weekend Stay

The house was even better than described! Very clean, awesome communication, great layout, easy access to local attractions, and quiet neighborhood. All amenities were as described or better! Host had everything needed for a day by the heated pool or a day at the beach including coolers. My only initial complaint was the pool water was a little too warm for the Florida heat - but was actually not bad when in the water. ( works out very well for small children no recoil from cold water) Definitely recommended this booking. Would 1000% stay again!!!

Great place to stay!

This little gem was perfect for our family! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We brought everything and the kitchen sink for our trip but almost anything we could have needed for our shark teeth hunting trip to the beach was already available. There were chairs, coolers, toys, floats, sifters and so much more. The private pool was amazing to have right there at our fingertips. Lots of TV channels, comfy furniture and a washer and dryer! Communication with the owner was simple and fast! The neighborhood seemed a little less luxurious than others, but we had no issues with it! The location in relation to the beaches/stores/restaurants was close and convenient! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Amazing Vacation Home!

The house is very nice, clean, comfortable. The floor plan is spacious with 2 living rooms, a nice kitchen with ample counter space, snack bar to sit at, dining table, stove and refrigerator, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, tons of space. Plus there is a washer and dryer that was nice to have. we enjoyed sitting, there is patio furniture to sit outside with a nice table so we could eat, have a few beverages outside and relax. We could also jump in the pool if we wanted to. There are many things you can use in the garage for your adventure to the beaches. You can get to many places in Venice, Fl very quickly. Great Place Great Stay! The host is super nice and responsive. Truly a great property and nice home to vacation in. And we will be back.
