Lanai seating and dining area has additional entry into sun room for convenience and ease of monitoring young guest activity. Backyard has eight foot tall white fence to allow for full enjoyment of your private paradise.
The location of this home is in a coastal community with the opportunity to visit several beaches in Venice, to the north in Sarasota, or to the south in Englewood.

Pool/Spa Heat is optional and available for an additional $110/week plus tax. Please inquire before or after reservation is made if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
