"Coastal Retreat" Pool Home with Spa conveniet to several Beaches

This private pool home has everything you will need for a tranquil peaceful vacation. Whether you stay for a week or a month you will appreciate the open spacious feel of this home. This coastal home is tastefully decorated with beachy pictures and art along with comfortable furnishings. A split floor plan with master bedroom (king bed, en suite bathroom) separate from other bedrooms offers added privacy. Centrally located kitchen is convenient to all living areas including the lanai dining and grilling area. Living room is spacious and bright with vaulted ceilings and plenty of room to spread out. Outdoor living area spans the entire back of the home and includes a covered seating and dining area, 30 foot pool with addition of a spa, over-sized lounging area, and grilling area. Sun room opens onto pool deck at water's edge with expansive sliding glass doors to allow for pool view from inside home. Lanai seating and dining area has additional entry into sun room for convenience and ease of monitoring young guest activity. Backyard has eight foot tall white fence to allow for full enjoyment of your private paradise.
The location of this home is in a coastal community with the opportunity to visit several beaches in Venice, to the north in Sarasota, or to the south in Englewood.

Pool/Spa Heat is optional and available for an additional $110/week plus tax. Please inquire before or after reservation is made if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

The Ferry as mentioned in some reviews is now available to residents only.

Another great stay!

This was our second staying at this property and it didn’t disappoint. The house is very clean, well stocked with everything you need, and is only a short drive from a number of beaches. We really enjoyed the pool and spa area. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Another Great Stay

We loved our time at this house. The property managers were responsive if we had any questions or issues. This house has become our go-to for Venice, Florida & will continue to be so in the future.

We loved the pool. And the whole place.

Had a nice stay. Used as a good home base to enjoy the area beaches and activities. Would love to stay there again. Many beach supplies and toys and bikes. Everything was in good shape.

The House was amazing inside and out. Location to multiple beaches and restaurants perfect! The house manager was so lovely, she text me with multiple food recommendations. Wish we couldstay longer!

Venice Perfection

Great place, and great home to stay in. This was perfect for us - location was great, house was beautiful, and had what we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we return. Angie took care of us and made the check in and out process very easy.

Great stay!

This house was amazing! The neighborhood (as you drive through) was a mix of proud property owners and some who just "live" there—many restaurants around to choose from. Everyone in Venice was warm and welcoming. We were delighted with our stay and the home itself.

Wonderful week in Florida

Six of us stayed at this property and it was paradise. Very quiet neighborhood and so easy to navigate around. We visited a new beach every day and they were all within a 15-20 minute drive from the house. This is our second time at this property. Great communication with the property manager. Can't wait to return.

Amazing!!

Everything was clean and the house was stocked with just about anything you could need. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and you do have a lot of privacy. I would definitely recommend!

Great little home for a family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this house so much last year, we booked this property again. The only thing different this year was the red tide. Lucky for us, this home has an amazing pool so we were still able to enjoy our vacation uninterrupted. We will definitely be back again!

Just as beautiful as the pictures!

This was the first House we have rented for vacation. We typically do Condos. This home was clean and had everything we needed except food. Loved, loved, loved the pool and spa. Had plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys for the pool and for the beach. Several beaches close by and good restaurants too.

The house was better than expected. The pool was fantastic. House had everything and more. Newer appliances. Great value for the price!!! Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this to anyone!

Icing on the cake!

Renting this property was a great decision. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Instructions were detailed and emailed in a timely fashion. We had a fantastic week and would love to rent this home again.

Very relaxing!

It was so nice to have the pool / spa, outdoor dining / relaxing area, and garage on this trip! We are a family of 5 and everyone had their own personal space which is a must. We enjoyed the short drives to multiple beaches and appreciated the proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Outdoor space felt very private even though it's in a neighborhood which was great. Great experience!

Family Friendly

We absolutely loved this house! Very cozy house with a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere that’s within a close driving distances to beaches and a park. The house was clean and looked as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful as well! We also loved the pool and felt very secure with all of the security measures put in place given we have a 5 year old who can’t swim well.

Home away from home

This property was PERFECT for our family vacation! Having access to the pool for our 2 kids was a life saver due to the spike in COVID cases and the red tide at the beach. We still enjoyed ourselves and our daughter learned how to swim too! The house had everything that we needed and even stuff that we didn’t know we needed. We will more than likely be staying here again or at another one of their properties!

My family and I just returned from an eight day stay at this property. The property was extremely clean, was stocked with everything we needed, and was located in a quiet neighborhood close to several beaches. Angie was absolutely wonderful to work with and quickly answered any questions/concerns that we had. The house was spacious and there was plenty of space outside for everyone to enjoy the lanai area with the pool and spa. If you're looking to hunt for shark teeth, this house is in a perfect location. In less than 15 minutes, you can enjoy Nokomis, Venice, Manasota, and Englewood beaches. We typically visit the Venice area several times per year and this property will be the first one we look for when we book our next trip. Thank you to the property owners and Angie for such a great property!

A wonderful stay in Venice!

My daughter and I vacationed in Venice in early January. This property is absolutely beautiful. We loved the pool and the hot tub and we were in both multiple times a day. The home is so inviting and had everything we needed for our week. It was super clean and the space is perfectly laid out. It was so easy to relax here! We went to the beach every day and collected shark teeth, and we took advantage of seeing some of the local sites. I highly highly recommend this house! Our host, Angie, was very accommodating to our schedule, and was so responsive. She was great! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful house and quiet-safe neighborhood! Loved the pool side beach towels. Large rooms, spacious deck and table/chairs, convenience and location; However…1. hot tub was not hot water. 2. Master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable due to large dented compressions where people had previously slept. 3. The welcome book talked about extra charges if over 1 load of laundry had to be completed at checkout. Odd because we paid for a three bedroom house w a total of 4 beds thus obviously gonna be over 1 load of laundry. That didn’t not seem to be a fair extra charge; nor was it ever discussed in the booking that I recall. Hidden costs need removed or explained in booking better.4. Bikes had flat tires on all 3 bikes. 5. No ice machine in frig.
