THIS HOUSE IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED BETWEEN EVERY VISITORS STAY. Rotonda West, Over 5 golf courses within minutes of your door. Enjoy 15 minutes away the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande. Beautifully furnished 2 Bedroom king & queen, 2 Bath, view on canal, near the golf, pool, covered lanai, spacious living room, large family room, TV , cable, internet, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, pantry. Kitchen is fully furnished with all new appliances including coffee maker, expresso machine, grinder, toaster and microwave, the master room has a king sized bed and a TV, walk in closet and master bathroom with a tub and a shower. On the other side of the house there is one guest bedroom with one queen bed, walk in closet and another full bathroom. During your stay you will have beach chairs, umbrella, a rolling cooler, beach towels, 2 bicycles.

Golf vacation

We enjoyed staying in this area close to all the golf course. The house was very comfortable and the host was very helpful.

Nice Place

This house was nice. Had everything you could need while staying there. Decoration/Vibe 10/10. Very spacious if you have a big group/family. Pool is a nice touch on a hot day!

Nice house in quiet area

The house was clean and comfortable and located on a side street with little traffic. There is plenty of room for 4-6 people.

The pictures do not do the home justice. It is beautiful, impeccably clean, well equipped for all your needs , quiet and peaceful . We enjoyed sitting under the lanai watching a storm roll through . My husband and I were here to look at areas to retire . This is a wonderful neighborhood . We are definitely considering this area. Host was kind , helpful and very responsive . Helped with booking from the beginning. Would highly recommend staying here. Close to beach and shopping .

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. We really appreciated how clean everything was. The king bed was very comfortable. With sunshine everyday the pool was perfect especially once the beaches closed. The homeowner was very easy to communicate with. This is a nice vacation spot for one or two couples. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great rental!

The house was beautiful and clean! It’s a split floor plan with master bedroom and bath on one end and guest bedroom and bath on the other. Living room, den, dinning room, and kitchen are in the center of the house. Perfect for two families! We will stay again!

Nice place and location to spend a week in the sun.

My wife and I were looking for a week in the sun in the Engelwood area and we were pleased to find this rental. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and how nice the property was maintained. There were very good restaurants a short drive away. The Blackstone Grill was really nice and worked well. We hated to leave when we did and I wish we would have stayed another week and this property.

Paradise

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this beautiful home. The decor was lovely and the house was spotless. Christele was an outstanding host who answered all our questions in a timely manner and went out of her way to offer suggestions for restaurants and entertainment. She even contacted the local golf courses to investigate packages for us. The location of this home is ideal for shopping, beaches and golfing. We were serenaded by a variety of birds each day as we relaxed by the pool. The grounds are beautiful with palm trees and a variety of flowing shrubs. We would highly recommend this home and hope to return for a winter vacation again.

Great getaway

My wife and I stayed here for the month of March. The house worked perfectly for us. We had family come down for a week and having the extra bedroom and bathroom on the other side of the house worked out real well. The weather could have been a little better, we didn't use the pool as much as I would have thought. Christelle was very easy to work with. We had the pleasure of actually getting to meet her in person. She even set me a few text messages with places to eat with a water view ( things my wife wanted to do ). There was a lot to do in the area with restaurants, shopping, went to a couple of baseball games and some beautiful beaches.....I don't think you'd be disappointed by staying here....Thanks Christelle

Beautiful spacious home

Nicely decorated, clean spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom very comfortable and walk in closet a plus. Kitchen was well-stocked but might suggest another Teflon pan for easy cooking. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating area along with the view of palm trees and the canal. The pool was not heated during our stay but the beautiful warm temperatures we had helped out. Would have preferred to have more cable TV channels/options. Living room sectional was a bit low (for us seniors). The host was very prompt in answering any questions we had during our stay.

Enjoyable, but some things to know in advance....

Enjoyed our stay and the beds were very comfortable. We really like the Rlotonda West area. Visitors to this house might want to know that in winter the pool water won't get warmer than about 74-75 degrees. After several experiences with solar heat, we now know that electric heat and a pool blanket are important in January and February. You will need to ask the owner for heat in the house since the thermostat for heat is not accessible to renters. Also, be aware the television has only very basic cable. Sports fans may be disappointed, and those who, like us, enjoy CNN, The Weather Channel, HGTV may miss viewing those stations during their stay in the house.

Kathleen, Let me start off by saying we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We always try our hardest to ensure our guests are satisfied from beginning to end of their vacation. I’m very sorry to hear some of the channels you were interested in viewing were unavailable. We do provide basic cable on all three of the televisions throughout the house. If that is not sufficient, both the master and living room TVs are smart TVs, so you can easily access thousands of shows through the smart TV apps! We are sorry to hear about your experience with the thermostat, but rest assured guests do have control to make adjustments when needed/wanted. We have a Nest system, designed for ease, where all you have to do is move the dial clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the thermostat! We hope you choose us again if you ever return to the area.

Very Clean & Neat House

The positive: The house was very spacious, clean and neat and the beds were comfortable. Location provides a safe neighborhood within reasonable driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores & several beaches. The pool was solar heated and very pleasant on hot days. The kitchen had nice appliances but could use some additional items like cookie sheets & a cake-type pan to bake in. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to use. The owner was very responsive when we had a small problem and promptly took care of it. The negative: The cable service for the TV was more of an antenna (sitting in the window) reception or very, very basic cable package – which was disappointing since we were home more due to the Covid-19 risks of going to restaurants, movies, etc. in the evening. Additionally, the “guest” internet links (with password) were unsecured according to the McAfee virus protection software on my iPhone, iPad and laptop computer (it kept telling me the internet we were using was unsecured every time I logged in). The owner said it was secure, but I believe her personal link (not the guest links) probably is, so perhaps she wasn’t aware that the guest link was different. Overall, our stay went well and I appreciated staying in a clean & neat home in a safe neighborhood.

Nice house, clean upon arrival

Enjoyed our stay, would of given 5 stars but we were requested not to use garage, hi tech thermostat gave us a little trouble Owners were very helpful and prompt to solve any issues.

Great home for a quite vacation

This home is perfect for a quite and restful vacation. Everything in the home was super fresh and clean. The king size master bed was comfortable and the rooms were large. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The weather was cool so we didn’t get to use the pool, but we did enjoy sitting out by the pool on sunny days. Ther are a number of good restaurants near by and the beaches were within a few miles. Overall Christele and her husband have done an awesome job of making this home a great vacation rental. Great house with a pool in a peaceful neighborhood

We have really enjoyed our stay. This house is amazing, nicely furnished and very clean. During our stay it didn’t feel like some rental property but it felt like we were staying at our house. The owner of the property has put a lot of thought and effort in the house’s decoration and planning. It was only 2 of us but if a bigger company or a big family will decide to rent this house they will be amazed at the house’s layout. It’s only minutes away from the beach. This owner has amazing backyard with grill and the pool. There are numerous beautiful birds flying and chirping in the back and this gives you a feeling that you are some where in the paradise. Kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary items. After writing this review my only wish is that I could turn the time around and spend one more day there. I have also forgotten some item and the owner was very nice and has offered to ship that item to my address. Amazing house+ superior customer service= #1 Vacation Home!!!!

Don’t pass this, “best kept secret”, up!

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home, spring break of 2018! Cozy, safe & CLEAN. We had so much room to spread out and a beautiful pool and outside area to come together in. Hearing the birds serenading us during breakfast and dinner, poolside.....priceless. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy access to Gasparilla Island, Stump Pass beach and many more beaches and restaurants. Walmart and Publix close by. The owners were so kind and helpful! Looking forward to our next stay here!
