**Special Note: These are twin townhomes located side by side. While they offer a combined 7BR/5BA layout for up to 13 guests, please note that the homes are not internally connected—each has its own private entrance, kitchen, living space, and rooftop deck.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire house. You also can park on our garage and street parking (no permit needed) so parking would be a breeze! Guests have access to both townhomes—a 4BR/2.5BA and a 3BR/2.5BA unit—offering ample space for larger groups. Please note the two homes are separate, and there is no internal path connecting the units.

- For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

- We welcome families with children, but please note that the home is not child-proofed and please supervise children at all times.

- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

- Regular rate is for 10 guests.additional guests are $30/person/night up to a maximum of 13 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.

- We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking.

- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine); Quiet hours between 10pm-8am

- NO smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.

- NO digital piracy

- NO shoes in the home.
