The Columbia River Gorge is a designated National Scenic Area, one step down from a National Park in terms of protection and oversight. Q: Can I rent this home for one night?
A: We require a two night minimum on all weekends, year round or if approved by host. One night stays are approved on a case by case basis.

Q: Can I invite visitors to the home that aren't overnight guests.
A: All guests must be registered whether overnight or day visitors and must not exceed 16 total. No revolving door guest policy. Additional fees could apply.

Q: Can I get a check-in/late check out?
A: We love to accomodate early check-in and late check out requests whenever possible! We charge a small $40/fee per hour for the first 3 hours, then we recommend considering booking the additional night so you don't have to rush.

Q: Can I drop my luggage off before check in?
A: Yes! If the home is ready, we can utilize the early check in policy

Q: Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
A: No. Third party bookings are prohibited per Airbnb, VRBO and vacation rental insurance policies. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.
