From the outside of the building I was not expecting the home to be so great, but it was amazing! So comfortable, great location, and sitting on the balcony having my tea was wonderful. Neighbors were friendly and made me feel safe and welcomed. Beach out front was super nice but the main beach was only a 5 minute drive away. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Side Condo

Communication was great. We had direct access to the beach and every amenity an away from home you could ask for. I appreciated the view and would definitely recommend a stay at this vrbo!

Amazing stay! The condo was well-equipped, and had stunning ocean views. Perfect location near Luquillo Beach. The host was communicative, check in/check out was easy. I really loved the cross breeze that flows through the rooms to feel the ocean air! Highly recommend!

Excellent Property Excellent Beach

What makes best of this property is the location. Right across the street there is an excellent beach and very close to restaurants and shops. Not a big specious property but the location makes up for it.

Recent stay at Playa Azul, PR

We believe this is the best location on the beach: beautiful sunrise and beach view from the balcony, only a few steps to the beach, close to great local places to eat and easy travel access to grocery shopping and points of interest. The owner has fully furnished with all necessities and many additional amenities for cooking, recreation and enjoying the beach and surrounding area. This location is quiet and absolutely safe. Eric was easy to communicate with and totally responsive to any of our questions or needs. We would definitely choose this place again and recommend without exception if you are staying in the area.

Beautiful Island Retreat

I had a wonderful time staying at Eric & Sheila's lovely beach front property! Their home was beautifully decorated and they carefully considered the needs of their guests. I enjoyed watching the sun rise from their balcony in the morning, sunbathing on the sands of Playa Azul in the afternoon and grabbing a Pina Colada from one of the "Kioskos" nearby in the evening. My only regret was not being able to visit the El Yunque Rainforest! I was under the impression that I'd be able to make arrangements with the local property manager once I got there but never heard back from them after check in. While a huge disappointment, I still enjoyed my retreat at Eric & Sheila's and it gives me an excuse to return to see it next time :-)

Family vacation

Thank you Eric for letting us stay at your Appartment, we really loved it there! The view were amazing, it was clean, nice and quiet. We loved that we had everything we needed, everything was close by. We will be back and we definitely recommend family and friends to come!

Prime Luquillo Location

Great stay at this ocean-front condo, stocked with everything you might need for your stay. We were a group of 3 and fit comfortably into the single bedroom. Highly recommend this apartment!

Just beautiful

This was a great, great stay! The owner gave us a ton of very useful info before our trip on places to go and kept us up to date on how the condo fared after Hurricane Dorian passed by. Checking in and checking out could not have gone smoother and Enoch was very helpful with the whole process. The location is great, not 100 yards from the beach and a lot of great places to eat. Thank you so much for memories we will never forget.

Perfect beach location.

Great location! Access to the beach couldn’t be easier, and El Yunque rain forest is just down the road. Lots of good restaurants close by. Nice place with great breezes.

Best beach in Luquillo!

We really enjoy our stay at Eric's place! It is right in front of the best beach in Luquillo! The apartment is in a safe neighborhood, with everything you need nearby, including a big grocery store Amigo and Rincón del Sabor restaurant with the authentic local food, as well as close proximity to bio bay, tropical forest, and ferry to Culebra. Our beach had several coral reefs full of fish and urchins. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has all needed essentials for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen for cooking, bath and beach towels, and beach gears, such as toys for kids, masks, snorkel, and beach chairs. The neighbors in the building were very friendly. We had a great and relaxing time and will definitely come back.

Everything and more

First let me say that it is all we wanted and more than we needed.From meeting us and giving us the tour and keys to being fully equipped.A safe beautiful neighborhood with locked parking and close to the everything from the ferries to the outer islands to a 35 min to San Juan the Kioscos are right around the corner to get your fill of all the Puerto Rican cuisine and I do mean all from fine dining to burgers you name it. Eric I can just live forever on the deck,breathtaking eachtime you look out the door.So therapeutic,!My wife enjoyed cooking in the kitchen looking out to the waves and the "breeeeeze"aahh.Would do it again in a New York minute,thank you again

Absolutely Fabulous!

Fabulous location, fabulous view, fabulous beach!!! All the comforts of home were supplied and Eric was always available with questions and responds promptly. Close to many great locations, el Yunque national rain forest, kioskos, Fajardo ferry to Culebra and Vieques. Or just walk out the front door onto the beautiful beach , great snorkeling and a beautiful walk in either direction. We have stayed here 3 times now and can't wait to plan our next getaway!! The constant breeze and view from the balcony are breathtaking.

Playa Azul

This is a great bargain. The condo is clean and well maintained. It is not plush or a resort-style property. The floors are tiled throughout and it sleeps five people comfortably in the single bedroom. There is a brand new washer/dryer and everything you need is provided in the kitchen, bath and bedrooms. The front deck looks out at the ocean over a road that has very little traffic. The location is perfect for exploring western Puerto Rico. The owner was great and I would recommend this property.

Just what we wanted

This place was exactly as it is shown. We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect for us. It was clean and well appointed with literally everything you would need. The bedroom could sleep 4 comfortably, but it was just my husband and I. I loved that we could walk out of the building and yard and just across a quiet street was the beach that we had all to our selves. A short drive away is a larger beach but we didn't go there. It is close to the Luquillo kiosks, which we went to 2 times for dinner. The washer and dryer were a great plus. There were games and DVDs there and a couple puzzles, we left 2 more there. The building was a little older but that was fine with us. The building and yard were very save. There was a lock to get in a gate to drive into the yard and a gate at the main entry and then our condo door, but the place seemed very save and my husband and I walked often at night. It is very close to El Yunque Forest and the Farjardo Ferry, we had a car and I think you'd want one. It was about 30 minutes into Old Town San Juan. Lots of beach towels and beach toys and boogie boards. We brought our own snorkel gear, we do where ever we go. It was easy to get the keys to the unit and drop them off, the price was great. The owner gave us info for restaurants and things to do.

Great location, great price!

I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said... The property is fabulous and the location could not be any better, especially for the price. No, the property isn't high end or brand new, but it was very clean, cute, and comfortable. We were there in mid October and there was no one else in the building the entire time we were there. It was kind of bizarre as many of the other properties weren't occupied at the time, but it was also awesome as it was very quiet. The beach right out the front door is wonderful. If you want, you can walk out onto the beach by the condo, head towards the left and just keep walking until you reach the public beach (Balneario la Monserrate is first), then Luquillo Beach and the kiosks. We had awful weather while we were there (it rained almost non stop for 3 days), but we just walked on the beach in the rain =) The condo is stocked with everything a person could need: umbrella and chairs for the beach, sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels, a hair dryer, and all the dishes and cooking stuff a person could possibly need (I'm not big on cooking at home, let alone on vacation, but there was certainly a ton of stuff in the kitchen). One of my favorite parts of the condo was nighttime because the coqui frogs were so abundant around the condo and they make a beautiful noise! It honestly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle. Waking up and watching the sunrise off the balcony was beautiful as well. Also, maybe it was the rain or the time of year, but there were some annoying little bugs on the beach that were biting us. I put on bug spray and they didn't bother me after that. We didn't have space in our bag, so there's a mostly full bottle of bug spray in the condo now. Eric was super responsive and provided tons of information prior to us arriving about the area. Unfortunately, the internet wasn't working while we were there, but Eric did all he could to get it restored and it was an issue with the internet company that it wasn't functioning. There is also a decent selection of DVD's in the living room, which was really great with the rainy days we had.

Too good to be true...wait...omg its real

We couldn't have asked for anything better or more affordable. We arrived in Puerto Rico, weary that the condo might not be as nice as was represented. It ended up being better than expected. Picking up keys to the condo at 9pm when we arrived was no problem at all. Enoc and plaza Azul realty were very communicative and with us every step of our journey. The condo is fantastic. It is stocked to the hilt with all kinds of useful items for the trip. Let me name a few : kitchen items including pots, pans, plates, blender, toaster, mufungo masher and everything in between, towels and more towels, fishing gear, wake board, binoculars, cards, board games, DVDs, cable TV, Internet. Basically, walk or drive and get groceries and you are so set. Now let me talk about the location. Truly great. Liquid love is a great central jumping point for eastern PR in my opinion. The beach is right outside your door. Literally. Forget about the public beach 15 minutes walk from the condo. The beach right outside your door is incredible, visited by locals and deserted during the week, it doesn't have the tourist feel of the public beach. Truly great. Walk out the door at midnight, lie on the beach and watch the stars. It's like a dream. I'm so serious. The location is also a hop skip jump away from San Juan, the rainforest, Fajardo and the bio bay and ferries to Vieques and the other one. I suggest renting a car and you can see so many things. This place is ideal for a couple to have a romantic amazing time. I certainly did. The bedroom also includes a bunk bed for couples with young kids. If you can bear to have your kids sleep in the same room as you, then this is the place to take them. Budget friendly, keep the kids close, and so much to do. Truly this condo was amazing. The owners were amazing. The location was amazing. I urge anyone thinking about booking this place to do so. Best decision I have made vacation wise ever.

BFF's Weekend on Playa Luquillo

Me and my bffs stayed at the condo. It was clean, well-equipped with everything necessary, and close proximity to the beach. Great breeze from beautiful balcony that went thru the condo. Didn't have to sleep with air conditioning! Accessible to the beach at Monserrate and the Luquillo Kiosks, which offer a variety of foods. Close enough to some action and far enough for relaxing quietly. We will be staying again in the future.
