This home is centrally located, close to popular spots like 4th St Corridor, The Pike, the Cruise Ship terminals, the Convention Center, and just a few blocks from the beach! Explore the vibrant neighborhood surrounding the home, whip up your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy being only a few minutes from Long Beach's hottest spots!
The Space:
The Beachside Bungalow is a newly remodeled coastal home perfect for couples, families or groups of friends! Centrally located with updated amenities, this is the perfect spot for your Long Beach vacation! As you move through the home, you’ll find carefully curated modern decor. Each bedroom was designed with your comfort in mind, featuring plush mattresses and spacious closets for your belongings!
The inviting living room features a large Smart TV and the coziest couch with room for everyone, and the kitchen is fully stocked allowing you the space to whip up cocktails before your dinner downtown or spend the night in cooking your favorite meal.
The backyard is a large open space, complete with a patio set to relax in. It gets great direct sunshine as well, so maybe even work on your tan from the backyard!

The Neighborhood:
You a just a few minutes from grocery stores, convenience stores, and local hot spots (coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, live music).
The Beachside Bungalow is located in a mixed-income neighborhood undergoing a lot of change, with homes and store fronts being remodeled and/or newly built. We have always felt safe here, but if you are sensitive to noise or unaccustomed to city living, this may not be the right place for you.
Getting Around:
Getting around by car is very easy. Ride share and public transportation are readily available.

AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee/tea, creamer, sugar, salt & pepper, oil & trash can liners.
ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple key-less entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
PARKING:
There is a shared private driveway for up to 2 cars to park. Additional street parking available.
THE DRIVE:
The house is very easy to find and located just a few minutes from the freeway.
INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts on the Smart TV
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Fully fenced, private backyard with a patio set. A great space for pups to run around!
BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a twin trundle bed. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil
SECURITY:
A security camera is located at the front and sides of the house and above the garage for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.
PET FRIENDLY:
This property is pet-friendly. We allow up to 2 pets. We do not allow pets on furniture, as a precaution to help keep the home clean for future guests. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $120 per pet/per stay. This helps us ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book we will request the additional pet fee from you. If we discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home or damage from a pet, you will be charged an additional fee.
Left behind items:
If you happen to leave an item behind, we cannot guarantee we will be able to ship it back to you. If we can, guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.
Interaction with Guests:
We want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible during their stay so please reach out if you have any questions or need anything at all. We will give you your privacy, but we are available to assist with anything you need.

Nice house layout with 3 beds and 2 baths, and very clean. Parking is provided for 2 cars, with almost zero street parking. Updated kitchen and laundry with good newer TV screens. Host was helpful and prompt in response.

From booking to check out- Eryka was wonderful to work with, great communication and ease in contacting her. Eryka was quick to respond with any outreach. Eryka's check-In, Check-Out and in between instructions were wonderful and made the process very easy.The home is beautifully renovated; they had everything we could need! Fully stocked. The backyard is awesome, comfortable and large if you have pets, something the homes in this area are not known for. The walk to Ocean Blvd and the bluff is a 12-minute walk, many of 4th streets businesses are just a walk away. The home is comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed our stay here very much and look forward to booking with Eryka again soon.

This property was perfect for us, and not just because our new granddaughter lives about two blocks away! The space was perfect for hanging out as a family, taking the stress out of Mother’s Day because we didn’t have to be anywhere at any given time. We could just relax, chat, and eat, which was wonderful. Excited to return and see how much the baby grows!
