This condo is a gem! Clean, spacious and great views! Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and blankets. Comfy beds, and lots of amenities.

Beautiful home! Worked perfectly for out needs. We loved that we were able to walk right out to the back of the property and the rainbow lake trail head was only 0.25 mile away. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and the water pressure was great!

Stayed in August. Great spot. Walk 5 blocks to Main Street. Mountain View from the balcony. Frisco is a cute mountain town and we felt we made the right decision to stay where it was quieter than Breckenridge (where we had an amazing meal at La Francaise) and fit our style much better than Vail.

Great location! It’s halfway between Georgetown and Leadville where we rode the historic trains, so worked perfectly for us. Our questions were promptly addressed. Having access to the clubhouse nearby was a nice plus. Only cons: they didn’t provide salt (a basic provision, and something I’ve found at all other rentals I’ve stayed at) and the xfinity wifi didn’t work on the last day and wasn’t fixed by the time we left - it was out of the hands of the property owner, but was very inconvenient given we’d paid extra for a late checkout and cell reception was extremely spotty.

Had we been informed that it had run out, we would have been happy to deliver more during your stay. Regarding the Wi-Fi, Xfinity outages are unfortunately outside of our control and do happen fairly often in the mountains, though they typically last only a few hours. We understand how inconvenient this was, especially with the late checkout and limited cell service, and appreciate your understanding that it was an issue with the provider rather than the property itself. Thanks again for staying with us, and we're glad the property was a good fit for your trip!

Perfect Place for Family to Relax!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was lovely! Perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean, I’m a great location, and the sauna, hot tubs, and pool were perfect to relax after a day of skiing! Excellent place to stay!

Super, high-quality unit. Accommodations were clean, good quality, and well provisioned. Location in Frisco is excellent. Pre-trip Communications and instructions were thorough, timely, and easy to follow. We’ll definitely book this unit again!

Overall, this is a good rental. We just found it lacking in a lot of the little things that make for a great experience. The shower supplies are meager, and management never brought us additional shampoo/conditioner when we requested it. The toilet paper is the thinnest I’ve ever seen. The bathrooms need more hooks for towels, and the exhaust fan in one bathroom blows air in the wrong direction. No coffee filters. No cooking spoon. There were just too many little inconveniences. We did enjoy having covered parking, and the interior of the apartment is nicely updated. The clubhouse is a bit of a walk in the cold but has some nice amenities.

The condo is in a good location, and you have a view of mountains off of the living room balcony. There was plenty of space for the two of us and the kitchen was nice. The two bathrooms are small so if you have more than two people bring your own counter space! Communication with property management prior to our arrival was always good. The worst feature of this condo is the front door lock. You are provided with a four digit code just prior to arrival, but not given any instruction for how to use it. Nor how to lock up when you leave. It was a very frustrating aspect for us. Some simple instructions would have been very helpful and prevented us from having this issue.
