This gorgeous house offers all of the charm of a Maine cottage, with the luxuries of a newly renovated home. Located on the 9th fairway of Sebasco Harbor Resort this home has a gourmet kitchen with all of the amenities. Living spaces offer stunning ocean views, perfect for evening cocktails or relaxing during the day with a good book. The house is located on Maine’s scenic coast, just a short drive from Popham’s white sand beaches or the many antique shops and restaurants located in nearby Bath.

The property has an amazing view and a great, convenient location. The house is very well maintained and, even without AC, stayed cool with windows and fans. The screened in porch is great, passes offer access to a small secluded beach, and the wi-fi supported four active computer users. Highly recommend.

Lovely, relaxing cottage.

Lovely open plan cottage, with walls of windows looking over a golf course to the sea, and even a screened-in porch with that view. Great spot to go out for a walk. Also loved that it was only a 10 minute drive to Popham Beach. Having all the rooms on one floor really helped those who can't go up and down stairs easily. Good-size kitchen with plenty of pots and pans made it easy to cook.

Scoring on the course

Great location for watching golfers and the tidal waters near the 2nd tee. Fully stocked kitchen made home-prepared meals a breeze. Ample seating areas for conversation, resting, observing nature. Lovely gardens added to the enjoyment. Had such a good time we have booked again for next year.

Wonderful Cottage

We had the best time at this cottage. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. There was ample space for four adults to have their own spaces. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The location was great for us. It was close enough to restaurants and stores but also felt isolated. It was right on a golf course and you could see the ocean. We were close to Popham Beach and the Fort. The owner even includes a park pass! We would recommend this to everyone!

An Absolute Gem

SeaBreeze is an extraordinary rental. It was a joy to walk into the living area every morning and feel the ocean breeze wafting in the windows. Located in a picture-perfect setting overlooking the golf course and the ocean, the house is beautifully appointed and furnished with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen is well turned out with high quality appliances and utensils. And a lovely driftwood chandelier over the island. It was wonderful to have use of the resort - we were regulars at the cafe, the ice cream shop, the restaurants, golf, and boat cruises. And the owners are incredibly personable and responsive. For us, it was truly a home away from home.

Great Place to Stay

This home is really well set up for a family or a group of friends to stay. Great kitchen facilities and well stocked for cooking onsite. It's located not far from many places to hike or a sandy beach (Popham Beach) and close enough to many of the wonderful places to visit on the Maine coast. The owner is very responsive and helpful if needed. We highly recommend this home for a great stay in Maine.

Wonderful house, amazing host, beautiful week!

I would probably run out of space as there is so much to say! First of all, thank you! Seabreeze is immaculate, sparkling clean and has everything and anything you can possibly need or think of to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, fun and worry free. The house is in a great location and has wonderful views and the outside is as well appointed as inside. The owners have put so much care and thought into it that you will not be disappointed and, if you like to cook, the kitchen will be a real pleasure! The owners Janna and David are lovely, they were very responsive and truly cared that we had everything we needed and were happy in their house. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed and will miss it when you leave 🙂

Perfect Maine Vacation

We are just leaving a wonderful week at Seabreeze cottage. The house is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you need to feel right at home, and, true to its name, always has lovely sea breeze coming through the windows. Being close to the resort and having access to all its amenities was a huge plus, especially for our six year old. We spent many days at Popham beach, a truly special place that is just a short drive away, and evenings relaxing on the screened in porch. Janna and David were a pleasure to work with and very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. We are sad to leave, but hope to be able to visit again another summer!

Amazing time in beautiful Maine

We spent one week at Seabreeze and loved it ! The house was perfect for our family of 5, very clean, the beds were super confortable and it had all the appliances and things we needed. The garden is beautiful and the view on the golf course and the sea is magic. Janna is a gem and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The fact to be able to enjoy Sebasco resort pool and activities next door was a big plus for everyone. We highly recommend the house and will be back soon !

An idyllic spot

Our stay was wonderful. The house is lovely and the setting is simply beautiful. We were very comfortable at the house both inside and out. The house is well appointed and the kitchen is great. Being right at the Sebasco Resort provides great access to a variety of amenities- we especially liked the Spa. Janna was very responsive and helpful We loved our stay and definitely plan to return.

Seabreeze deserves it's name! Even though warm weather, there was always a breeze through wall of windows. Our family has been coming to this area for years and now this is our favorite place.

Beautiful, Charming plus Functional and Great Location

Outside - lovely and calm; sparkling water, trees, flowers and more! Inside - easy, comfortable, accessible, well appointed and very simply ready for whatever you need! This is a thoughtful home for guests - everything we needed was right there. Many things to do in the area - many restaurants and lobster shacks! But loved just cooking steaks etc on the grill and enjoying the views. They even had a lobster pot for do-it-yourselfers! I would give more stars if I could. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

One of the most stress-free, relaxing vacations ever. The cottage was beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable, and offer the most amazing views of the bay and the golf course. Exceeded all expectations- Great Family Vacation August 2013

August 10-17, 2013 We rented this remarkable 3 bedroom cottage for our annual Maine vacation. We have 3 girls under the age 5 and this home was spacious and very accommodating for our active family. The bathrooms are all updated and the pictures of the kitchen do not do the kitchen fairness- the kitchen was much better in person. The outdoor grill allowed my husband to cook-out fish and meat on various nights. Linens, silverwate and towels were exceptional quality. The water views from the cottage were unobstructed. In addition, as you are close to the shore, you can enjoy looking for seashells with your children at low tide. The cottage comes with access to Sebasco Harbor resort- which includes daily nightly activities from wine-tastings, lobster bake/cook out and camp-fire. We did all 3 activities with our girls and the resort was a 5-7 minute walk away. Access to the resort allowed us to also swim in the resort's pool which we did often. On our last day, I ran into another family at the shore. They asked where we were staying and I turned around and pointed the SeaBreeze cottage out. Their jaws dropped and were stunned how nice and close to the ocean this cottage was. This home is perfect for a family vacation. We have stayed in numerous rentals throughout Maine and this home felt like our home in Chicago- this cottage was remarkable from the first moment we arrived until we left to head back to Logan Airport. Janna and David live and work in and around Albany, NY. However, they consider themselves extremely fortunate to be able to spend their summers in glorious Maine. Janna and David have lived, worked and traveled abroad numerous times. They have drawn on this knowledge in creating a family friendly home with all the modern and necessary amenities. With all their travels, however, they always find their way back to Maine!

Janna’s family history with Sebasco Harbor Resort dates back to when it was built in 1933. She has been spending her summers and countless spring and fall weekends in this area since she was born. In fact, in the early 1970s, when Seabreeze was a part of Sebasco Harbor Resort, she stayed in this cottage with her family. Purchasing this property for her has been a dream come true. She brought David to the area for the first time in 1992 and they have been coming together every since. Now each summer they pack their bags and bring their family with them and settle in for the summer just down the road.
