The location of the vacation home, right on one of the Eight Lakes gives you a water view you will enjoy every, single day of your vacation and won't soon forget afterward. Plenty of wildlife such as fish, birds, turtles and during the winter months even the occasional manatee or dolphin come by to say hello. The pool and pool deck is flooded in sunshine throughout the day and you will experience outdoor living at its finest.
Inside the warm décor and love of detail make this home a true gem for people of all ages. There is a TV room with game console, board games and books are also there for anyone's pleasure. Another, more quiet living room off of the kitchen offers room to relax and 2 of the bedrooms have a great view.
This home is the perfect start and ending point for daytrips to Orlando, Naples, the Everglades or any popular destination you might want to visit during your stay. The beaches of Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers beach are only a short ride away and you will find plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas, boasting cuisines from all around the world.

Wonderful sunsets from your dock!

Quiet neighborhood with many, many burrowing owl marked nests on the block! Loved our stay...even during the clean up of Hurricane Ian.

Palm Trees and a View

Great Florida style home. Can be opened up to let the outside in. Great view of a lake and fun time for a boater. Great location for dining and recreation. Palm trees and sunshine. Loved it all.

Lovely stay in Dolphin Bay. Attentive agents when we had a small problem they sorted it out quickly. House was clean. Pool was lovely. Not a massive space around the pool for sunbathing but having the decked area by the lake and boat deck was amazing. Good shaded areas. Well stocked kitchen. The oven baffled us a little so ate out most of the time. Longhorns Cape Coral far better than the fort myers one where we had a substandard meal and poor service. One of the showers didn’t work well but it didn’t spoil the stay and we reported it but said we were okay with it. Great washing machine. Comfy beds. Sandra at the agents at Wiscon very helpful indeed. There were burrowing owls and their babies on the neighbours lawns which have been amazing to watch. Only downside if you get a noisy occupant across the lake sound travels. On the whole three weeks of lovely respectful quiet people enjoying their pools etc and a few days of noisy loud music belting out morning till night. Good choice of supermarkets. We loved Publix and Walmart. Fave places to visit Vanderbilt beach and Sanibel and of course the malls. Thank you Florida we will be back hopefully.

Sitting on the dock of the bay

Awesome layout of home , greatly positioned patio including Lanai pool. Home is very well stocked with kitchen Equiptment and nice furniture. Would definitely vacation there again !

Beautiful space for hanging out

Beautiful outdoor space - pool and patio- looking out at the canal. Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Clean, spacious home. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.

Beautiful home, with poor property management

Upon arrival, there was a live 2 inch cockroach right inside the front door and we had mouse droppings on the stovetop. I had requested, and agreed to pay $25 for a pack n’ play for my infant to sleep in. We arrived at about 10pm and there was no pack n’ play. The morning after arrival I got a call from the property manager to collect the remainder of my payment. I explained about the bug/rodent issue and she told me that they spray and that they could bring out a pack n’ play. I had already went and purchased one (that I donated before we flew home) she told me that they could “work something out” with my security deposit to reimburse me for the $85 pack n’ play that I bought. It takes 14 business days to get the deposit back, so we will see how that goes. The crappy first 24 hours set our family vacation off to a rough start. I tried multiple times to communicate with the property manager at the end of our stay and didn’t get a reply. Overall, we enjoyed the home, but the management and communication was poor.

A Vacation Paradise

Pure perfection! Our family enjoyed everything about this wonderful property: cleanliness, comfort, pool, deck/dock, location (close proximity to everything). We'd like to thank the owners for sharing their lovely home with us, as well as Wischis Florida Home and their extended staff for making it all so simple and stress free. We look forward to returning in the future and will highly recommend to our friends and family!

This house is fantastic. We had a great stay. The house is very clean and has everything you need and a fantastic view over the lake from the pool area and most of the rooms. During the early morning fishing from the dock is great and we had several dolphins coming in and hunt in the lake. One dolphin went right under the dock while we were sitting there.
