The Space:

Villa Santa Monica is designed to meet high expectations and offers generous space for families or groups traveling together. The home features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and provide direct access to the patio, while the remaining two bedrooms each offer one queen bed and one twin bed.



The open and light-filled living area creates a welcoming atmosphere and connects seamlessly to the modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A formal dining room and a separate breakfast nook provide ample space for shared meals. Tasteful furnishings, hardwood flooring in the bedrooms, and travertine tile in the living areas complete the elegant interior design.

A car is recommended for exploring Cape Coral and the surrounding area. For guests interested in boating, the location offers direct access to the river and Gulf of Mexico, allowing easy trips to nearby destinations such as Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach, and Cayo Costa State Park. A valid driver’s license is required for boat rentals, and guests must be at least 21 years old.
