Florida Room: Two oversized pull-out chairs providing additional sleeping space for children!
Living Room: Large sectional couch and plenty of pillows for comfort
The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. If you have additional guests and believe the house can accommodate them, please contact us for approval.

Golf Cart Waiver Must Be Signed By All Guest Over the Age Of 21 With A Valid Drivers License along with providing your own insurance in order to drive the golf cart.
First two visitors passes are included, each additoinal guest regardless of age are required to pay $50 each for guest pass. A total of 6 guest total over duration of stay are allowed and veriifed guest must be present at all times. Sub leasing is not allowed at anytime.
No Smoking
We are very strict on smoking, smoking is not permitted on our within the Duval Village. Smoking on or near the golf cart is prohibited.
Guest Policy:
We do not allow any parties and or gatherings of any kind. Only approved guest are allowed in and on the property which have been verifiedd prior to arrival date.
Remove shoes while in the house
Trash days are Tuesday and Fridays. Please place trash out by 8:00 pm the night before. Trash cans are not allowed, all trash must be placed in bags on the curb.
