We were very pleased with our stay at this property. The property was quit charming, nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and met all our needs during our stay. The photos on VRBO are an accurate depiction of the one bedroom rental.

Accommodations very clean & comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need. Hosts definitely did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, Loved that they had a fenced in patio for or little dog. She totally enjoyed her stay as well. Brian even helped us with an issue with our car, Best hosts we could possibly ask for! Definitively would recommend their lovely place to anyone!

The place was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts!! Quick responses to questions we had and the book that they had was suggestions for being around town was above and beyond. We would definitely stay there again when we come back!! Thank you!

Very beautiful and cozy place. Incredibly nice walk in shower. Super clean and quiet and private. Not one detail was spared or forgotten. This is an exquisite little place to stay. Owners has great hospitality and communicate quickly.

We were very happy with the entire experience despite it being a very brief stay. Lovely and private accommodations. Detail oriented and personal touches. Our two young dogs had just what they needed, as well. Would recommend the rental for anyone looking for a great stay.

We’d highly recommend staying here! The price was fair for the spaciousness, cleanliness, and coziness of the space. We were 30 minutes from the city for convenience and you could see the stars which we loved! The living room set up with the TV and couches was so cozy and there was even a little gym and writing desk with puzzles and games! WiFi was great- had no issues. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard with a table to sit and relax. Kitchen was super nice and had almost all the amenities you could ask for- the little breakfast snacks they provided were a great touch. The laundry room was incredibly helpful and well stocked - we came to town for a wedding and being able to wash, dry, and hang clothes came in handy. Communication with the hosts was clear and kind. Even though this was the basement of their home, it still felt very private and cozy, which we appreciated.

The property details provided were exactly what we found when we arrived. Definitely will book again if we need a place in the area. BEAUTIFUL apartment! Ground level so it is pretty much handicapped accessible - just one small step into the shower. I walk with a cane, so these things are important to me. Also comfort-height toilet. The bed is so comfortable! TV's in the bedroom and living room! Fenced-in patio with a picnic table and grill for your use and a grassy area for your pet to use. The hosts were very gracious - left several snacks and fruits for us to enjoy! Even has a washer/dryer for you to use! I cannot say enough great things about this property. We will definitely be back!!!!

This stay was truly perfect! Our hosts thought of every single detail and more. The property was perfectly appointed with all the little touches that made it ideal for a quiet couple's getaway just outside Madison. We drove nearly 8 hours north from Kansas City to get here, so imagine how wonderful it was to walk into a warm, cozy, welcoming house that had snacks on hand and a pizza delivery number front and center waiting for us! Best part of all - it was dog-friendly! Our dog immediately felt comfortable and at home, making it easier for us to kick back and relax. When it gets brisk outside in that north Midwestern winter, there's no place we'd rather cozy up than here! Thanks for everything - will definitely look you up again when we come back through. Thanks so much again for the hospitality, fabulous stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent—perfectly situated with convenient access to both the east and west sides of Madison, making it easy to get wherever we needed to go. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive, answering the few questions we had quickly and kindly, which made the entire experience even smoother.One of the biggest highlights for us was the private fenced-in area, which was absolutely perfect for our dog. It gave us peace of mind and made traveling with a pet so much easier. The kitchen was another standout feature. It was fully stocked with everything we needed; I was even able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal, including a 15-pound turkey, and only needed to borrow three items! One does not expect to find a roasting pan, meat thermometer or a baster in the mix! You would only have to borrow two, as now there is a resident meat thermometer! The amenities were impressive as well. They boast an amazing laundry room, and the shower was so spacious it was definitely larger than the entire bathroom in our RV. We will be returning whenever we're in town for the winter. Highly recommended!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Kimberly and Brian were great! Every amenity you can think of is there! It is clean, nicely decorated yet extremely dog friendly. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The private, secure fenced area was a definite plus for us. Our doodle Max loved walking the area and well as the area parks nearby. It was convenient to get to Middleton and Madison as well as other surrounding towns. We would definitely stay there again. 10 star rating if I could!

We had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, with great nearby trails that were perfect for walking the dogs. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with just about anything you could need during your stay. I especially appreciated the basic breakfast items that were provided, it was such a thoughtful touch and made the mornings so much easier. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!
