Welcome to this spacious 3-story family home, offering plenty of room to relax, gather, and enjoy your visit to the Atlanta area. The main level features an open family and living area where everyone can gather and unwind. You’ll also find two separate dining areas—a formal dining room and a second dining space conveniently located next to the kitchen—providing plenty of seating for group meals.

For guests who prefer to avoid stairs, there is a bedroom conveniently located on the main floor and next to a half bathroom.

UPSTAIRS

The 2nd floor features 4 comfortable bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom, while a second bedroom also features its own ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are located across the hallway and share convenient access to a hall bathroom.

FINISHED BASEMENT/ENTERTAINMENT AREA

The finished basement offers an entire entertainment area for guests to enjoy, including:

Any locked door/closets are for cleaning and hosts storage and not available for guest use. Please do not attempt to enter locked areas. Attempts to enter can result in fines.

Please be reminded that events, parties, pets, drugs, and smoking inside the house are strictly prohibited on the property.

Any violation of these rules will result in the applicable penalties outlined in the house rules, as well as immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, when applicable.

Guests will also be responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning fees, or other costs resulting from a violation of these rules.

For smoking guests, a designated smoking area is available on the backyard deck. This area is equipped with ashtrays, tables, and seating. The smoking area can be accessed from the kitchen on the first floor. Do not smoke near the door entrance to prevent cigarette smell entering the property.

PARKING

We allow 6 cars max on the property. 2 cars can fit in the garage and an addition 4 cars can be parked on the driveway.
