A truly unique find in the heart of Roswell walk to historic Canton Street. A historic beautiful tree lined picturesque village packed with restraints art galleries and boutiques. Staying in this lakeside property is both relaxing and entertaining. Perfect for larger groups it’s spacious but intimate with maximum luxury.

Relax and watch the wildlife on the lake, sit fireside and chat whilst enjoying the water. Take a boat and paddle around, fish or simply just sit on the dock. The bedrooms have all luxury bedding comfort is a priority. 3 king size beds and one full. All are equipped with table fans for your comfort and the primary bedroom has a sleep machine.
The games room has a pool table, bar, coffee station, darts board, comfortable seating and of course a large tv.

This property has 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. The eat in kitchen has both a breakfast table area and a large 6 ft island with 4 counter stools. Great for entertaining with high end appliances. You will find everything you need and more. If you find something that you don't have we will do our best to provide it for you.

The covered patio off the lower level has comfortable seating and twinkle lights to enjoy the lake at night.

The deck on the main level has a great outdoor dining table and both gas grill and big green egg to cook on while looking at the lake.

Golf cart can be added with daily fee

This is a beautiful home. We had a short stay for a weekend wedding. We had all of our ladies in the wedding over. It was a cold weekend so the indoor activities were great. The lake was beautiful. This home provides excellent views and all the amenities you could ask for. The owners are great about corresponding. This place is a great stay if you get the chance don't pass it up. It's close to the main road, in a very quite setting. 5 stars.

The property is clean, well supplied, close to restaurants and shopping. There is a beautiful view of a small lake in a peaceful neighborhood. Great for bird watching. Good communication with the host.

Glitch was delayed access because home was not ready at agreed upon time. Also, the wood burning interior fireplace was not available for use as advertised. Since a fireplace was one of my few filters, this was disappointing. Once available, access was smooth. House is older (1960s vintage) but updated and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. It's on a very small "lake" in a nice, older neighborhood with many new/remodeled homes. It is very close to Canton St, the historic restaurant district, which we Ubered to for dinner (about 1 mile). The house shows signs of deferred maintenance, especially the exterior. Bricks in driveway pad are quite uneven and lifted due to trees roots growing underneath. Trip hazard. Slate porch at front door entry needs repair. The kitchen is well equipped and appliances worked well. Water pressure is excellent, and the sunflower showerhead in the 2nd bath was great! Nice and plentiful towels. The sofa in main living room was uncomfortable as the cushions easily separated (causing gaps) and they needed fill. The two recliner chairs were very comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay and met my needs.

Positives: Owner allowed us to have an early check-in, which was helpful, since two of us had earlier flights. The house was spacious & decorated nicely. Everyone said their bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked & there wasn’t anything we could not find. We enjoyed our meals together there. Many spaces inside & out that offer gathering space for individuals or groups. Lots of cozy blankets. The back deck was a lovely place to sit in the a.m. Location is great. Check-in and check-out were easy. Negatives: The pictures on the VRBO site did not represent the current condition of the house. The pitch of the driveway is very steep & the entryway that leads to the front door has pavers that are dislodged & a tripping hazard. The kitchen could use a better source for garbage; it is a trash compacter lined with a garbage bag that had an unpleasant odor. The kitchen microwave did not work, but there was a second microwave downstairs that did work. The shower in the Jack & Jill bathroom on main level did not drain properly. Tarp on the roof (leak), back decking and stairs in need of repairs. Lower patio area was littered with bird droppings, so we did not use. On our last day, we found the garage open before we left. That gave access from the outside, while we were sleeping, which was unsettling. Owner was responsive but had no idea how that could have happened. We wanted to review honestly, hoping repairs are in the works so that future guests can enjoy it.

Roswell Gem

We took full advantage of the large kitchen table, sitting areas and overall charm. The property is presented as advertised. Property has age spots, but lovely. Host was very responsive and clearly takes pride in ensuring a positive experience.

Dirty and Dilapidated

Dirty and dilapidated Don’t let the photos of the Sub Zero fridge and Wolf cooktop fool you. This place is terrible. We travel a great deal and this is the worst rental we have ever stayed in. The outside condition of the home was our first indication of what was to come. Gutters dirty and falling away from roof, cobwebs everywhere and peeling paint. Inside the place smelled damp and musty, there were cobwebs all over ceilings, curtain rods, fireplace. There were roaches and spiders. Broken windows and sliding door to deck that would not close all the way allowing bugs inside. Bathroom vanity grimy and sticky and all baseboards and doors had years of grime and dust. Towels were full of dust, cracked floor tiles everywhere the list goes on. Absolutely disgusting!

Needs major TLC, not recommended

Nice location and good bedroom options, but this house needs help. Some of the issues we encountered were: sliding glass door is broken and there is glass everywhere outside and the hole is covered with a board with just tape over it (this was on the second floor, not out to a deck/stairs but a door to nowhere and going through it means falling out a second story into the yard/on broken glass), multiple roaches, the washing machine was moldy and made our clothes smell moldy, overall cleaning was sub par (shower drain filled with hair, crumbs throughout the kitchen, floors not clean, etc), shower drain was clogged so you showered standing in water and downstairs was beyond damp (even with a humidifier running). This house may have been great several years /several hundred stays ago, but I do not recommend staying here until they resolve these critical issues.

Great house and perfect location

Our family stayed here while in town for a wedding in the area. The house was perfect for our group of 8, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and everyone had an enjoyable experience here. The house was very comfortable with lots of different areas, either to sit and relax and enjoy nature, or gather with family or friends. The kitchen was fabulous and we especially enjoyed the game room with pool table and darts! We would definitely stay here again.

Home base for exploring Atlanta and surrounding area

We stayed at this location while going to various places to explore Atlanta and the surrounding area. The home allowed us to spread out and enjoy some pool games and aligned with our expectations based on others’ reviews and the pictures provided.

Great home

We enjoyed our stay in this great home. Very quiet neighborhood on a small lake in a perfect location. Enjoyed time on the boats and fishing. Close to great restaurants and loved going into downtown Roswell.

Easter weekend in Roswell

The property is beautiful and the location is amazing. It easily fit seven people, (us and our five adult children) and was a great place to unwind and catch up on things. The house is very comfortable with multiple seating areas both inside and out, as well as a great little dock space right on the water. The proximity to Canton Street was also fantastic. We had a wonderful long weekend and will definitely return to this property and the town of Roswell. Overall, a great experience.

Beautiful setting in Roswell

We were very pleased with this house for our eight family members who were in town to attend a wedding. The kitchen is large and well supplied with plenty of seating. There were lots of seating areas inside and outside, also, to spread out. We especially enjoyed the bird and turtle watching while sitting outside. The pool table in the basement was a bonus for our adult kids to learn some new skills. We would book here again in the future.

Weekend Getaway

We rented this beautiful home while in town by my sister's baby shower. Super convenient to downtown Roswell. The view of the water is awesome. The home is well decorated and clean. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect floor plan and very nice setting

The space in the house was perfect for our family, with very nice sleeping arrangements (including very nice mattresses and plenty of good pillows), and a great mix of private spaces to enjoy alone and common spaces for conversations and recreation with various combinations of family members and visitors. The kitchen is large and well appointed. The waterfront setting on the small man-made lake (shared with approximately 10 other houses) is quite attractive to the eye, and the kids enjoyed seeing herons and geese close at hand. Hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly in addressing our questions before and during our stay.

Excellent Birthday Celebration

We had a wonderful GA visit and thoroughly enjoyed the home. The house exceeded our expectations in both size and decorations. They thought of everything from extra towels to chocolates on the bed pillows. A very comfortable home for up to eight people. The game room was fun and the backyard views of the lake were beautiful.

Very responsive owner

We were in town for our daughter's wedding, which was nearby at the Chattahoochee Nature Center. We had family coming in from out of town, so it was nice to have a place that the could hang out at. We had some problems with the house when we first arrived that the owner was very responsive in dealing with, but which should have been caught before we got there. Anyone who stays should know that the neighbors don't want you to park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate 5 compact cars, but you can also park on a nearby dead end street.

Wedding weekend

We had three generations staying at the house for our son’s/brother’s/uncle’s wedding. It was the perfect setup for all of us. The house has so many different sitting areas to either gather or get away for some quiet time. The communication between the homeowner and us was incredible. Absolutely perfect house.

Great property and location

The house is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It provides a number of options - plenty to do if you decide to stay at the house (e.g. lake activities, billiards and darts in the basement) or it’s minutes way from canton street if you decide you want to hit the town. The owner Zoe was also very accommodating with an early check in request and was responsive via text. All around it was a pleasant experience and I would book again.

Wonderful house

This house is in a fabulous location with serene views of the lovely little lake. It is spacious, very clean and met all our needs. Beds are comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen is very large and great to use.
