Great place, walking distance to downtown was great. Ten minutes to arches. We had a great but quick stay.Woukd stay again.

This place was incredible! The beds were so comfortable and the entire place had such a great ambiance. Everything was VERY clean & overall such a great place. When we travel back to Moab we will be booking here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic experience from top to bottom.

The house has a super cool vibe and an awesome location! The beds could use some updating/replacing. It needed some more attention to cleaning. A water bottle found at the end of one bed, granola bar under another bed with a dead cockroach and cobwebs hanging in all the rooms and kitchen lights. Nothing detrimental to the stay, just left a concern regarding cleanliness. Overall, we really liked the house and enjoyed our stay.

A functional place to stay while exploring Moab, with a convenient location, ample parking, and a spacious common area that was definitely the highlight. The property could benefit from some general upkeep and attention to detail. Cleanliness was fine overall, though we noticed several cobwebs and general wear and tear. The bedrooms were basic, with a few inconveniences like hard-to-reach outlets (outlets were centered above two of the the headboards, so extension cords would make bedside charging more convenient) and curtains instead of a door for the main bedroom. Bathroom toiletries were limited, and the AC struggled to keep the space cool. Overall, a good home base for exploring the area, with a few opportunities for improvement.

The property was super comfortable and well supplied (kitchen equipment, towels, laundry/bathroom amenities). Hot tub was clean and hot (note for the owner - the lights in the hot tub weren't working), but it didn't otherwise affect our use. The location is amazing - super close to town and great to have your own parking.The only downside of this property is that you can hear the upstairs unit when they are walking around, which can be a bit loud during the night/in the morning. But honestly after a long day of hiking, I barely noticed it!

The rental was clean, roomy & had a good kitchen. The location was excellent. The Primary BR was a bit disappointing due to the fact that it had no windows and no BR door.
