Guest Access



Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all 4 floors, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and balcony. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles (2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway).



For everyone’s safety, security cameras are located on the exterior (front and rear) of the property. A garage camera monitors entry points to ensure guest limits are respected.



House Rules



No smoking indoors — smoke outside only and dispose of cigarette butts properly.



No pets allowed.



Registered guests only — unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person, per night. Maximum 6 registered guests only. No unregistered overnight visitors. Prior to your stay, all visitors will need to submit one piece of valid government-issued Photo ID. The purpose is for guest screening and safety to ensure the safety of the property. If Valid Photo ID is not provided you will be REFUSED ENTRY to the property. A Valid Credit Card is also required to be added on the online check-in form under the payment method section for purposes of pre-authorization only which will release 2 days following your check-out and a successful property inspection.



Clean up after yourself — place dishes in the sink, separate food waste into compost bags, and use garbage bags for all other trash. Leave garbage in the garage or set it out Thursday night for Friday morning pickup.



Quiet hours after 11 PM — please respect our neighbors.



Do not wash hair down the drains — collect and dispose in the trash.



Lost key fee: $150.



Shoes off inside — use the shoe rack at the entrance. A $250 fee applies if shoes are worn in the house.



Extended stays (30+ days): mandatory monthly cleaning at $125 per month.



Kitchen use: keep hot pans/dishes on kitchen counters only. Do not place them directly on the dining table to avoid damage (charges may apply).

The Devineridge Executive House is a perfect home for people visiting Toronto's East-side (ie. Pickering, Ajax, Whitby).The home is spacious, newly renovated and clean.It is important for people staying in this property that the living area is on the second and third floor and the home is not ideal for people with mobility issues. That being said, the division of living space throughout the home allows for privacy and comfort.We loved our stay and will return when traveling to this area!
