Apartment fully and accurately restructured, antique parquet floor in the bedrooms and living rooms and marble floor in the other rooms, italian design furniture, fully equipped. Apartment for 4 persons.

THE APARTMENT IS SANITISED BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF ANY GUEST AND EQUIPPED WITH GOOD QUALITY SANITISER PRODUCTS. OUR MAID IS REALLY TRUSTED PERSON AND SHE DOES ALL THE CLEANING WEARING GLOVES AND MASK. TOWELS AND LINEN ARE WASHED AT 60 DEGREES USING ANTI-BACTERIAL PRODUCTS. WE LEAVE THE HOUSE EMPTY FOR ONE DAY BETWEEN THE DEPARTURE AND THE ARRIVAL OF THE NEXT GUESTS.
THE FLAT IS REALLY SAFE AND CLEAN AND THE BIG TERRACE IS A GOOD WAY TO STAY OUTSIDE AND SAFE AT THE SAME TIME.
THE BEACH NEXT TO THE BUILDING IS CLEANED DAILY BY THE CITY OF CANNES.

90 euro for final cleaning, plus 25 euro each person for linen.
Extra cleaning will cost 20 euro per hour, to be settled by cash at the check-in.
