The larger grocery stores are located further inland but are just a short drive away. We are so sorry you were unaware of the location of this unit prior to your arrival and hope that depsite these minor issues, you were able to enjoy the Gulf Front balcony and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico this beautiful unit offers. Thank you so much for your outstanding 10/10 rating and review despite the issues you mentioned during your stay. We had a plumbing issue prior to your arrival and unfortunately had to allow the sheetrock mud to cure prior to painting, nor did we want you to arrive to strong paint fumes or deal with them for the duration of your stay. Thank you for your understanding to this issue. We would love to offer keyless entry and are working with our owners to have them for every property we manage, unfortunately it is a process. We would've happily had any cleaning issues addressed immediately had you let us know things were not up to standard. Any time you are staying with us and experience any kind of issue we want to hear from you. As for the pool and boardwalk, those have to be handled really early in the morning before guests begin to occupy these amenities. I can assure you the pool was cleaned every day during your stay, they just have to handle this when no one is in the pool. During peak season, that is really early while most guests are still sleeping. We are not sure at this time when the replacements of those items will be but we do feel it is coming soon. With this being a low density building, parking is limited to only 2 vehicles per stay, especially with this busy season we have had. We are so sorry to enforce the rules of the association and only be able to provide and sell each guest only 2 parking passes, however, we do not make the rules. Amalie, We hate to see that you could only give this property 2 out of 5 stars. The photos that show online are in fact the photos of the property. Although this unit is not decorated with a modern flair, it does have a welcoming vibe to make our guests feel right at home. Despite the decor, we hope you were able to find some enjoyment in the relaxing views this unit offers of the Gulf of Mexico.
