This lovely 1-bedroom efficiency includes a coffee maker, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. This room also has a balcony with gorgeous ocean views from a fourth-floor location. Enjoy coffee each morning while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.

Turtle Dunes is located inside the beautiful Omni Amelia Island Plantation with 24-hour security in a private gated community. The Omni Plantation has bicycle paths, walking, segways, and fishing. Additionally, this suite is about a 15-minute drive to old historic downtown Fernandina Beach, where carriage rides, shopping, and dining are waiting.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

There is some repair work being done on the pool bathrooms, expected completion date of March 5th. Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the project. However, the pool will remain open. Excellent view of the beach!

We loved this property, especially the balcony with excellent view of the beach. The beach and pool were never crowded even though we stayed in the middle of August. We would totally stay there again.

Love the Plantation!

This is a beautiful resort and lovely location. Turtle Dunes is my favorite area to stay being at the end with less activity. This unit has a great south easterly view that allowed for beautiful sunrises to be seen. Can’t wait to return!

Perfectly Splendid Quick Getaway!

My daughter and friend spent the weekend for a much needed break. The room was perfect for the three of us, and immaculately clean! Great views & location. We will be back again I’m sure!

Great Getaway

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway, and Amelia Island turned out to be just the ticket. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the sunrise views. The owners were very nice and helpful, but we really didn’t need much because we had no issues . Would definitely stay again.

Great Property

Great location, the property is on the quieter end of the beach so it wasn't as crowded. Very friendly neighbors, with great access to everything we needed. the kids had a ball bouncing between the pool and the beach. We would definitely recommending staying here and we will be back

Hands down a 10/10

All I have to say is I can’t wait to go back! This rental is pristine. As soon as you walk in the door you can tell that someone has put their heart into taking care of it. It’s spotless, cozy, no sand or dust ANYWHERE! Even the baseboards were spotless!!! I really can’t say enough good things. I will be back!

Perfect Personal Retreat

This was the perfect recharge I needed. First of all, it is in a secured tucked away location so it is very private and very safe. Secondly, it was so clean- which made me feel more comfortable. And the balcony is so perfect in midday on. I sat out there for hours and read. And you have to be creative but I had no issues with making meals with the mini frig and microwave. If I had one critique, and this small thing is literally the only improvement I could find : there is a small coffee pot , perfect for one or two people, but there should be a starter coffee pot pack for that first morning if you haven’t gotten groceries- like how there’s shampoo and conditioner etc. So basically this place is perfect. I will definitely be back.

🐢 Dunes (near) perfection!

The condo was immaculate and looked exactly like the photos. While small, it accommodated myself, my husband and 2 small children (4 and 1) for 7 days. The on-site restaurants were great and the property is absolutely gorgeous! We so enjoyed watching all the turtles and drinking our morning coffee on the balcony. Our only complaint was the pool. It seemed to progressively get worse in cleanliness as the week went on and was ultimately not something we felt comfortable swimming in on day 6. Thankfully, I contacted a representative from Vacasa, and they contacted someone about cleaning the pool for our last day. Sadly, the pool was very sketchy for most our trip with tons of debris, sand, etc. floating in it. Overall, we had a great trip and aside from the pool issues. we had a perfect trip!

Not all that close to the conference center

Here for a conference held at the Omni Resort which is within walking distance for some but it’s more like a mile so allow a lot of time to walk And too dark on the road to walk at night. Otherwise it was lovely

Expectations were met

The location and overall area of this property was almost like stepping into a picture storybook. If you prefer pretty landscape, not just high rises and beach sand, though I do love a beautiful beach/ocean, Amelia Plantation is so much more! I love the gardens, lawns and beautiful vegetation and less crowded with plenty to do. Our room was nice with a beautiful ocean view.

Awesome Ocean View

The unit was just as described with a balcony overlooking the ocean, extremely clean with modern furnishings. Would suggest leaving more than 2 wash cloths. We would have taken some had we known there was such a limit. We did not receive an email with the door code which caused a delay with gaining access to the unit. Took about 45 minutes to reach the office and obtain the code. for entry. It was a great place to stay for 2 people but would not suggest it for a family. We enjoyed the location very much.

Exactly as described

Beautiful room in a beautiful place. Very clean, bright, unobstructed beach view. It's a bit remote and Uber/Lyft are hard to come by but there is local transport that is very good and very reliable. Overall, outstanding.
