Oceanfront, First Floor Condo, for the Perfect Getaway! Located on the south end of Amelia Island in the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. Ideal spot for getting away from it all, teleworking, or distance learning with free high-speed internet – Walk right in, no elevators or shared spaces! New comfy couch for relaxing after a day at the beach or pool. Soak in the beautiful morning sunrise and delight in the convenience of a ground-floor condo with easy access to the beach and the pool. Take the dune walkover and observe the picturesque goldenrod and beautiful, blue Atlantic. We provide two beach chairs, beach towels, and a DVD library.

There is easy access to the beach and the pool. But please note that there are stairs on the way to the beach and it may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. However, there are many places on the island with handicapped parking and also areas where you can drive on the beach. One of these accesses is a very short drive down the road.

When you return home from a day of shopping or sightseeing, enjoy your private patio surrounded by lush landscaping. What a nice place to enjoy a snack, sip a glass of wine or set up your laptop and enjoy the free WiFi! There is a stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals and a lovely living room with a pull-out sofa to accommodate additional guests. The large Main suite has a King-sized bed, HDTV, and access to a private patio. The bath boasts a beautiful walk-in shower.

Located in a private oceanfront setting but also close to shopping and restaurants. Great spot for walking and biking under the canopy of trees. What are you waiting for, our home is much better than a hotel, book your next vacation today!

NOTES:
There are two parking spots available for our home.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.

Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy.
There is a $150 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart.

We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance.

Perfect long weekend getaway

The check in/out process was easy, the condo was clean and nicely decorated . With the location on the first floor , it was steps away from the pool and beach . Overall a great stay, and we would stay here again !

Great location and rental

This was our second time renting this property, and we loved the location: it is close to the beach, has great walking trails nearby, and has wonderful restaurants within easy driving distance.

Nice beach condo

Peaceful and relaxing place to visit the beach. Easy beach access and very close to the pool too! We came for a wedding at the Ritz (it’s an 8 minute walk down a lush green street or via the beach), but we were happier staying in our own place where we could prepare a few easy meals. There is a grocery store about a mile from the condo along with a few restaurants. “Downtown” Amelia Island is about 6 miles away and offers a few more shops and restaurants. Would recommend renting a car since getting an uber can be VERY hard in the evenings on Amelia island.

Beautiful and Relaxing Getaway

Our Spring Break stay at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club was delightful. The property was clean and afforded us easy access to the beach for leisurely strolls and wave-watching. Everything was as listed and we felt as though we could easily relax in the low key setting of the Club. We do think that some minor additions/touches might add to the experience of guests. As we had rain showers throughout the week, an umbrella; soap at the kitchen sink and perhaps in the shower; a beach umbrella to go with the chairs. And, we were disappointed that the temperature of the pool made it not very comfortable to swim. Knowing that the ocean would be too cold for swimming, we had hoped to be able to enjoy the pool — not something the owners can control for sure … just a bummer. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay at this property. We received a welcome text shortly after arriving which was very much appreciated. And, sitting almost every morning on the back porch and watching the sunrise with coffee in hand was a true gift. We came home feeling very refreshed!
