One of the very few 2 bedroom Beach Front Condo on the beautiful 'Gold Coast' in Waikiki. We are not near the beach or across the street, we are ON THE BEACH!
Open European design kitchen. Prepare meals in our top-of-the-line kitchen with a huge granite countertop to prepare luxurious meals.
Full-size washer & dryer in unit.
Enjoy the beautiful breathtaking sunset of Waikiki and the Friday night fireworks while enjoying a Maitai on your private lanai.
Secured building with an on-site resident manager.

Disclosure: Sans Souci is a 30-day minimum rental contract till TBD by DPP.
Sans Souci can continue to rent for we are a dwelling unit being rented out for 30 consecutive days.

Great Stay

This location is in the perfect spot. It is right on the beach in a great part of town with access to downtown. We could not have enjoyed our stay anymore!

2024 Holidays - just two of us (but visited with lots of family & friends)

A great location! The unit and building could use an update but since the building's lease was just renewed, it's understandable why the tenants didn't want to spend money on the property.The actual unit's location is a gem! The third floor is just high enough that you can enjoy the activities on the beach, yet not be in the thick of it, although parties at the hotel next door can be loud, it always stops by 9:30pm. We really enjoyed watching the people fishing at night on the beach, always exciting to see what the catch was! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was VERY convenient. The kitchen is spacious and easy to work in. It's exactly a 1 mile walk to the Outrigger Waikiki Resort, and just a little further is Target, where you can get everything you need, including groceries, paper towel and toilet paper!The ladies at the Russell Convenience store just next door at the hotel are the sweetest. They always have a smile and fresh coffee at the register.If you're active, there's plenty to do, pickle ball is a few minutes' walk, golf is accessible, but you need a car and a 10K run can be fit in quite easily after Yoga Under the Palms (near the Aquarium). But the best part of it all is the spacious lanai and sunset view that can only be found at San Souci. We stayed for almost 6 weeks, but were told we couldn't stay through New Year's Eve so we moved over to the Prince Waikiki for the last week of our stay, always nice but a totally different vibe.

Wouldnt Stay Anywhere Else!

It was our first visit to Hawaii and San Souci make it fabulous! Everything you would expect from a 5 star property is found here and more! We enjoyed a great oceanfront unit that was very spacious and clean ( a must for me), beautifully furnished with a breath taking view that made you never want to leave. Walking distant to the zoo and aquarium, which my kids loved. The service we got from Nanette was superb. She was very prompt and straight-forwarded. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody who is thinking of visiting Hawaii. San Souci, we will definitely see you again very soon!! Mahalo nui loa!! Julie & Paul

Perfect location for a Waikiki stay

This is a gem. Absolutely the perfect location for a Waikiki stay. Convenient to all attractions, right ON the beach(!) and within a 10 minute stroll through a shaded park to the heart of the action (shopping, restaurants, etc.) on Kalakaua Ave; yet conveniently accessible to H-1 to access other parts of the island and just 10 minutes or so by car to Kahala Mall for your every need (large or small, common or extraordinary). Wonderfully appointed kitchen, dining, lounging, and sleeping arrangements. Nanette has the answer(s) to your every need. Will return as soon as possible! LOVED our stay.

Better than Advertised

We had spent time previously in this area of Waikiki and were familiar with the beach, zoo, aquarium, restaurants and Diamond Head, but had never seen a suite in the Sans Souci. The double unit was extremely well appointed and had a fantastic view of the remainder of Waikiki and the ocean. The sunsets were phenomenal and each one different for 31 nights. The property manager was very attentive and accessible. We tried to book for next December before we had to leave but were not quick enough. Based on our experiences with the other Sans Souci residents, we would highly recommend this luxurious suite for a much quieter image of bustling Waikiki.
