**House Rules**
★Maximum guests: 10 (including children) - Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed.
★Primary renter must be 25 or older
★No parties, events, or unauthorized guests
★No smoking or vaping inside the home
★No pets allowed
★Quiet hours: 11pm – 7am
★Children must be supervised, especially around the decks, grill, sauna, fire table and hot tub
★Please follow posted hot tub and sauna guidelines
★Check-in: 4pm | Check-out: 10am
★Respect for the cabin and our neighborhood is a must


**Trash Disposal**
Our cleaning team will handle the trash left in the indoor bins. However, if you have excess trash that will not fit, we kindly ask that you bag it and drop it off at the nearby recycling center to avoid attracting wildlife.
Route 263 Recycling Center: 8837 Orkney Grade, Mt Jackson, VA 22842 (approx. 13-minute drive).

**Off-Limits Areas**
For your safety and our maintenance needs, a couple of areas are off-limits to guests. These include a locked, unfinished room in the basement and a locked owner's closet. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these private spaces.

**Guest Agreement Required**
All guests are required to sign our Guest Agreement, which outlines our property policies and terms of use. This agreement helps ensure a clear and transparent understanding for both parties and protects your reservation. Please note that failure to sign the Guest Agreement prior to arrival may result in cancellation of your reservation and loss of access to the property.

**IMPORTANT** Please refer to the Welcome Book where you will find more information about the property, what to do around the area, safety information, the rules and potential penalties if rules were broken.
