8C Palmar, Casa Azul has the same amazing ocean views.... but everything else is brand new!!

We invite you to spend your next vacation in the beautifully remodeled, spectacular 2050 sq ft home on the 8th floor of Cozumel's luxury condominium community, Palmar. The entire west-facing wall of the home features giant floor to ceiling picture windows and sliding glass doors revealing breathtaking views of blue sky spilling into blue Caribbean waters. Open the sliders and step out onto the 400 square foot balcony that also runs the length of the condo and has furniture and a 5 burner gas grill. This is the place to sit back and soak up a Cozumel sunset!

The home's decor is clean and simple. This top floor condo features over 2050 square feet of interior living space, plus the private 400 square foot deck has gorgeous ocean sunset views. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with 2 kings beds with incredibly comfortable memory foam mattresses. The fully equipped kitchen has new state of the art appliances and purified water from the faucet. There is also a washer/dryer.

Entry is keyless- A door code will be generated for your personal use. You will appreciate wireless Internet throughout the condo and free local and long distance calling to the US/CAN, as well as satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom. The home has central air conditioning.

Guests of Casa Azul will enjoy swimming in the immaculately maintained fresh water pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The pool deck is dotted by plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs and beds covered with sunshades. There are showers downstairs from the pool. Guests also have access to a tennis court, basketball court and a kids' area with a trampoline and playhouses in a grassy area.

Plus as guests of Casa Azul, the rental management company, Your Cozumel Vacations, will be available to you before and throughout your stay to assist you with anything you need to make your stay more relaxing including arranging dive or snorkel trips, fishing trips, rental cars, massage, and more! Chef service and shopping service are available. Maid service is included. Your Cozumel also can provide rental cars from its rental car company, Quatro Amigos, with cars starting at $40 usd/day including tax and full coverage insurance.


Palmar is a secure building with plenty of parking. Scooter rental and 24 hour convenience store are right outside the gate. It is conveniently located on the oceanfront road near restaurants like Tikila, Paprika, Ernesto's Fajitas and Sunset Bar.

The condo is big, bright, clean, well maintained, all was as advertised. Good location. Secure. "Concierge" Enrique was very helpful in arranging taxis and dinner reservations. Amber and Rodrigo were very helpful property managers. The pool was closed for renovations - but they disclosed this immediately after i made the reservation and they offered me a very reasonable rebate or alternate condo accommodation or a full refund. This was VERY transparent and much appreciated. I fully recommend this condo and these property managers.

Beautiful, well-equipped condo perfect for any type of Cozumel vacation. The bed pillows are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the balcony is a hub to just relax. The owners and property manager were helpful and great to work with. The pool was under construction during our stay but owners let us know that in advance and offered a few options. Would definitely recommmend.

Great Vacation Accomodation!

We had a great stay here! The owners/management company did a great job of anticipating anything we could need. All communications were responded to timely, from booking to departure. The condo was clean, comfortable and safe. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area as well. Thanks Rodrigo!

Good Times

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the condo, location, views, conveniences, and restaurants. There's good options for walking, but if 90 degree walks of a mile or so aren't your thing, then a rental car is a good option. Same for activities. Snorkeling and scuba can be done across the street. Shopping options are a half a mile away at the cruise terminals. The condo is spacious, airy, and well air conditioned - exactly as advertised. We had to learn to use Whatsapp to communicate, as Cozumel seems to run on that instead of sending texts. And we failed to get clear instructions on our access code, but figured it out.

Best place!

We loved the Palmar and how close it is to amazing food like Coco Cafe and Paprika. We also went snorkeling across the street at Tikilas a few times. Super easy, clean, and cozy. Would 0 stay there again!

As good as it gets!

We loved our stay at this condo. We didn’t have the best weather and we were so happy relaxing at this beautiful place. I could have stayed on that balcony with amazing views forever! The condo is very well equipped with lovely furnishings and a great kitchen. The washer/dryer was awesome. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Great dive shops just across the street and the best restaurant in Cozumel is just a 15 min walk. If you stay here don’t miss a meal at Noventa y Tres! Delicious!! Don’t hesitate to book this amazing property.

As repeat Palmar guests, we love it a little more each time. The location is convenient, the units are gorgeous and the views are incredible. We enjoy having access to the pool for our daughter as well as the easy walk to sunset and available taxis. We highly recommend this unit and the location for anyone looking to stay off a resort.

Amazing View. Great Concierge Service

As the tile says, this place has amazing views. I believe the best in this property. The balcony extended the entire length of the unit and was very large as well. Our unit made others in the family jealous who had rented other units on the property. Everyone wanted to spend time in our unit and all their social media postings with pictures of the view were from our unit, not theirs ... LOL. And as well, we had great Concierge Service from the property managers of this unit. They booked snorkeling, scuba, jeep tours, in unit/condo couples massages (yes they came to us), transportation while on island. Constant and regular communication through What's App. Only two minor things. ..... 1) no airport pick-up available but they provided terrific instructions to make this easy. 2) Unit was cleaned, prepped and delivered later than check-in time. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

JUST what we needed for a very relaxing stay in Cozumel. Owners & concierge were very helpful from booking to checkout. Unit is beautifully remodeled. Bed is comfy, towels are soft, shower is awesome, kitchen has everything you need. But, the VIEW!! Amazing!!! The ONLY thing I think this unit needs is a little "window covering" or something on the glass by the toilet, where you could still see out, but not in!! It was a little weird! haha! But, yes, this unit is wonderful!!!Thanks!

Excellent time at Palmar 8C

A very top notch property Palmar 8C. Incredible views, nice layout, huge deck, and wonderful facilities at the complex. Also shoutout to YourCozumel management, our rental hosts. This condo has been recently renovated and is a stunner!

Paradise inside and out

This property is truly paradise inside and out. The view from the balcony is stunning, looking out at the ocean and cruise ships. The property is equipped with everything that you may want/need. Kitchen is fully equipped. Property has a large TV in the living room and master bed room with ThunderTV. ThunderTV allowed us to watch all the US football games. It also has a washer & dryer so we were able to pack less clothing. Location is close enough to the center of town that you can walk it if you are a walker (about 3 miles) and enjoy the ocean breeze while you walk. Communication with the property manager and concierge was extremely responsive. Mayra checked on us multiple times throughout the stay and responded quickly to our questions. They were a pleasure to communicate with. The only negative that I found is that I am not used to a wetroom (with glass walls) bathroom which is in the master bathroom. The wetroom bathroom has the toilet, large soaking tub, and a shower off the side. I was there with my husband but still couldn't get used to it and reverted to the 2nd bathroom for the toilet. The master shower was large and roomy with a rain shower and multiple jets. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property and will definitely stay here again.

Great Penthouse

When you enter the property there is a security gate check. All of the men working security are super nice people, very helpful. We were able to easily enter into the unit and WOW, this unit is beautifully decorated. I love the lit up wall, with the rocks at the bottom when you first walk in. And the view - WOW amazing. The bedrooms are separated by the hallway, so plenty of privacy. The spare room is nicely sized with its own bathroom, which can also be shared through the kitchen area, or locked off. The kitchen is very nice, however we did not cook at all. The living room is very nice, but the couches are not really comfortable, the are separate pieces, so they move apart frequently. The master bedroom is amazing, with it's own sliding glass doors to the balcony. The closet space is great, along with the double sinks, shower, tub and toilet. The toilet has all the bells and whistles, however we never could get it to work. Now the balcony is spectacular, lots of comfortable seating and a nice grill. They went the extra mile with some tiles on the outside balcony, making it look really nice. Now, the cons about this place are the common areas. We went to the gym one day and half of the equipment is broken, and very worn. I thought we would use the game tables, but I never saw where you get the paddles and balls. Probably have to ask the security guard, but harder to locate someone at night. The pool has many missing tiles, so need to be careful to avoid cutting yourself on them. The pool was very clean and nice to swim in. Sometimes we had it to ourselves and other times there were several people there. The location of this property is great, you are not too far from all of the hustle and bustle. There are places that are within walking distance. We did rent a car so we could get around whenever we wanted. We wanted to go to Sunset Grill at night, but every time we drove by there was nobody there. I guess it's the time of year? Also, the property management is great in communicating with you. They are willing to set up anything for you during your stay and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. All and all it is a beautiful property and I would recommend staying here.

Outstanding Condo

Having stayed in Cozumel on Vacation now well over 25 years at different resorts and condos, without question this is as good as it gets. Great location, beautiful, comfortable, condo, View is the best! BIG PAPA gives it 5 star!!!!

Better than expected; would stay again

We were very happy with the property overall. Rodrigo was very quick to respond to my texts. Clean, great view, nice pool and hot tub, comfy beds, full kitchen, nice balcony. I would defintiely stay here again. It's a short $5-7 cab ride to town and taxis can be gotten right in front in about 30 seconds. The food and coffee at Coco's is highly recommended and there is an OXXO next door to Coco's.

Scuba trip

One of the most exceptional VRBO properties we’ve stayed in! The property itself was awesome, and only less than a 10min walk from our scuba boat pick up. The concierge, Mayra was incredible and helped us with any needs we had (including in-room massages!) during our stay. Love, love this property!

Gorgeous condo!

We loved this condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. Would love to stay here again. Someone was there to meet us when we arrived and stayed in touch to make sure that everything was ok. She also met us on the last day and wanted suggestions on how to improve the rental. There were none! It was perfect!

Magical vacation on the Island of Cozumel

The description and photos are very accurate. The balcony and views are even better than pictured. Everything was immaculate and functioned very well. Managers provided us with options from private chefs to island leisure adventures and more to choose from. They arranged a taxi to and from the airport and communicated with us the entire time to assure we successfully reached the airport. We highly recommend this condo for your stay in Cozumel. Best service we’ve ever received and we travel frequently.

Beautiful place and Amanda was a huge help. The arrival/check in process was perfect.

Palmar is a beautiful spot. Walking distance to several nice restaurants, etc. The pool is awesome and all of the other guests/residents were very nice and hospitable. We had a great time. Amanda, the property manager even helped us to get a pizza ordered and delivered on our arrival night when we were too tired to go out.
