LUXURY PENTHOUSE CONDO WITH NEW FURNITURE! AMAZING SEA VIEW, POOL & TENNIS

This beautifully decorated condo located at Palmar offers all the comforts of home. The unit offers a spacious floor plan and has 2-bedrooms, 2.5-baths. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed with a private bath highlighting a double vanity. The second bedroom offers a king bed and the room also has a private bath. It is a perfect option for couples. The all-new kitchen has American appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessary culinary supplies. The 300 square foot terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean, swimming pool and the beautiful gardens from the top floor of Palmar.

We do deep cleaning and provide maid service once a week during your stay. We proudly say that our housekeeper Martina is a professional worker.

If we have guests arriving your check-out day we will kindly ask you to adhere to our check-out time at 10:30 am, otherwise you will be welcome to leave at 12:00 pm. In case you need to stay longer let us know, we charge a fee for a later check-out.

For your safety we are leaving spray disinfectant and disinfectant gel in each condo for your personal use during your stay.

We love to pamper our guest so we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, plus a basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, in this way they can star to enjoy the condo as soon as they arrive.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.

Wonderful condo!

We loved staying at the condo. It's super cute -- lots of art work that reflects the island. The views are wonderful, the hosts are very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and will share our experience with friends.

Perfect condo for relaxing

Top notch location and condo. Been coming to Cozumel for 20 years and the last three have been the best because of the Condos Palmar. We will only continue staying in Victoria and Chris’ properties.

Wonderful condo

Great condo with all the amenities one could want. Having potable water is a major bonus. Property and staff are incredible. Taxi cabs always just outside the gate.

July family vacation

The condo has the best views around and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. We went to Sunset Bar and Grille nearly every day for happy hour and to snorkel. The supermarket is very close also. We look forward to coming back soon.

Exceptional place to stay in Cozumel. We've been to the island many times so we've stayed at a number of places and the PALMAR is our first choice. Communication was great prior to and during our stay. We'll be back there soon :)

Wonderful Condo!

I stayed here by myself and was so at home. The condo is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very spacious. I went to Tikilas Beach club (1 block away) and snorkeled alone up the coast. The location is very convenient with lots of places within walking distance. Would recommend convenient

Amazing Vacation

Grwat penthouse 2 bdrm condo with wonderful view

Everything needed for a enjoyable week in Cozumel. We have nenn visiting and diving here for over 30 years. This is the nicest, well equipped condo we have ever rented. We will be back!!

Absolutely perfect

The condo was beautifully appointed and had a wonderful view of the ocean. As it was on the eighth floor, it was very quiet. The snorkeling was superb. Matt and Elizabeth had great suggestions for places to eat and go. We are planning on going there again next year.

Paradise

This was the perfect condo/location for my birthday and wedding anniversary. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The condo was beautifully decorated and tons of amenities. This was truly an amazing experience. So much to do all within walking distance from the condo. We even ordered pizza and wings one night when we didn’t feel like leaving. You won’t regret booking this condo for your next vacation. We’ll definitely book again.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

Run. Do not walk to this amazing home away from home! It is perfectly-appointed and has a view to die for. We love Cozumel and Palmar is a terrific building- but this condo really is just wonderful. From the welcome basket from Elizabeth and Matt, to the well-stocked kitchen, new linens and lovely decor, you will be so pleased you rented this gorgeous condo. We so look forward to returning!

Great condo

This is a great condo. It was very clean upon our arrival. Communication with the property management was very easy and they are quick to respond. We had everything we needed to cook and the unit is well equipped. Washer and Dryer were full size and work well. View is awesome and complex is very clean and well cared for. Everything we used worked great. Great location about two miles south of town. There are nearby restaurants and small stores. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It's five star accommodations and five star location

From the moment we walked in the condo we were in awe of the spacious living quarters and incredible 180 degree ocean view through the floor to ceiling glass windows leading out to a spacious deck. The view of the lighted cruise liners at night was most spectacular! All amenities are from granite countertops to marble flooring, top notch appliances, fully stocked kitchen, linens, snorkeling equipment are all first class.. Very clean and comfortable living and sleeping quarters make this condo a perfect vacation home. . We felt extremely safe and comfortable with the 24/7 security guard and gated entry. We are definitely returning next year.

The Most Luxuriant Condo.

This place is insanely wonderful. It is a heart stopper the moment you walk through the door. Spacious, tastefully decorated, newly furnished, a little surprise everywhere you look. AND THE VIEW! --- Unobstructed to Cancun. We lover watching the cruise ships dock each morning and depart each evening was a treat. The icing on the cake was our host couple, Elizabeth and Matt. They are the ultimate hosts. The condo and linens are immaculately clean. Their suggestions were dead-on. We wish we could award six stars. Jim & Judy

Cabin on the Coast

We have stayed at several places in the area and in the same building but this is our new favorite. It was the perfect accommodation for us and our parents. It was very accessible. Taking the elevator to the pool was easy. They were able to relax in the morning, sipping coffee while watching the ships roll and we could go diving. In the evening they would watch the sunset from the living room. They left the place sometimes but I think they would have been content staying at their retreat in the sky. The Cozumel Habitats team was always in communication and were an excellent concierge. Can’t way to stay there again. Thank you so much for taking care of my family.

Beautiful luxury condo with outstanding hosts!

The hosts Chris and Victoria were amazing! They helped us repeatedly with our unique needs, and were gracious and kind in the process. They were very quick to reply to messages and always helpful. When we arrived, they had stocked the fridge with some beers, waters and groceries for an omelet the first morning without us asking! The condo was beautiful with 2 king bedrooms with en-suite baths and an additional half bath. The balcony and view were outstanding! AC worked well to keep us cool and the building staff was very friendly. The unit had attendants at the building entrance and parking entrance around the clock and felt very secure. The huge pool was warm and spacious with water view! The fridge had an automatic ice maker with filtered water for lots of cold drinks. The unit was well equipped with dishes, pot/pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave, beach towels, pool floats and an ice chest. An Oxxo quick stop store in located at the street for snacks/drinks. Thank you for an amazing stay! We’ll definitely be back!

Best Condo we have ever stayed in!

Our family is pleased to write a review for this awesome condo in Cozumel! When we walked into the condo, each person in our family said, "Wow"! We were greeted with a basket of much needed snacks and basic necessary kitchen items. Having cold, fresh purified water was a plus! The view from the condo was breathtaking from all rooms. It was spacious for our family of five. I don't believe I have ever had a cleaner condo, either. The marble white floors didn't have a spec of dust on it when we arrived. The owners touched base with us a few times throughout the week to make sure we had everything and that was such a nice touch as they live on the property ( which made it nice for the few questions I had through the week.) It was a very comfortable condo and we found ourselves wanting to just hang out there most of the week. It is close to so much of what the town has to offer making it a plus. We enjoyed the pool and not having to fight for a cabana or chair was a real plus. The staff around the property was extremely helpful and friendly. If we go back to Cozumel, we will not hesitate to contact Matt and Elizabeth to stay in their condo again! Thanks for making everything so great for us!

Excellent condo, perfect view, utmost comfort

I am excited to recommend this condo to anyone who wishes to stay in a luxuriously appointed, spotless, safe, cool, vacation home away from home. Marble, cherry, stainless steel, and cool sea blue walls set the ambiance. The beds and linens were ultra-comfortable. The patio is huge with a door off of the master and the living room with nice furniture and a spectacular view high above the street on the 8th floor. A brand new washer and dryer, fresh bottled water and water that is safe to drink from the tap were extra perks. Parking off-street was safe and guarded. The tennis court is newly resurfaced and is the best in Cozumel and the pool and hot tub perfect. The guardians of this condo, Elizabeth and Matt, keep everything in tip top shape and are readily available to answer any questions. An amazing perk was the magic jack phone for US calls for free. Good cable and TV along with DVD's to watch in the living room were available. The dive shop I prefer was only a few hundred yards to the north, Papa Hogs, so very convenient. The service there is excellent and they cared for my gear the entire week ala concierge service. My good friend and I ate at Guidos, an Italian restaurant that is not to be missed. I wish I could live here year-round! I will be back for sure!

We love this special place in Cozumel. The owners enjoy diving and there is no place they prefer for the sport. The condo is located close to several dive piers at Palmar and you can enjoy the best snorkeling right at the building. Palmar is a first class building and it is centrally located on the Island with dining and shopping near by.

The view of the ocean is unobstructed. You will enjoy your morning coffee watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by. The building offers an amazing 3 level pool, tennis court, basketball and a fitness area.

We also leave paper products in the condo. There is a notebook in the condo with a list of helpful tips, our favorite restaurants and Island activities. We try to think of everything to make your stay a great one!
