The space

This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath apartment accommodates up to 10 guests with room to breathe and space to come together. Interiors are arranged for comfort across the full group - air conditioning keeps every room cool through the Caribbean heat, and the living areas provide an easy place to settle after long days by the shore. An elevator serves the building, and a private entrance ensures a seamless arrival. Self check-in is available, with building staff on site 24 hours a day should anything be needed.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and five beds are configured to suit families and groups traveling together. Clothing storage and hangers are provided throughout, and the washer, dryer, and iron make extended stays comfortable. Essentials - towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper - are included.

 

Outdoor living

The terrace opens directly to views of the Caribbean Sea, offering a private perch for morning coffee or quiet evenings beneath the sky. Within the Calablanca community, a large family pool is lined with sunbeds for long afternoon sessions, with a separate kids' pool nearby. Two fire pits beside the pool create a gathering point after dark. Beach access is included - a 167-meter stretch of private beach with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas - alongside a 60-meter dock accommodating vessels up to 60 feet. Outdoor showers stocked with L'Occitane liquid soap let you rinse off before heading back inside.

 

Shared amenities

The Calablanca community's shared facilities extend well beyond the pool. A spa features two covered outdoor jacuzzis, a steam room, sauna, and massage cabins. The gym is equipped with cardio and pilates equipment. The game room includes a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball, and Smart TV - available whenever you want a change of pace from the water.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, cooking basics, and full dishes and silverware. Whether it's a relaxed breakfast or a dinner shared over conversation, everything is on hand. The dining table and adjoining living area keep the space open and easy to move through.

Identification is required at entry into the Calablanca community, keeping the property secure and peaceful for all guests. Local partners offer excursions including scuba diving, snorkeling, yacht charters, mini dive courses, and bike tours - bookable directly through the community. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available for those who need to stay connected. Free parking is provided both in the garage and on the street. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
