This beautiful and rare Beach front home is located on famous Matira Beach in Bora Bora. Ranked by many the #1 beach in the world! One of the only rentals on this famous and well known beach! The home offers 2 beautifully designed bedrooms with (A/C), 2 baths, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and an outside Terrace to enjoy beautiful calm dinners. Nearly every room offers a stunning ocean view! Free WIFI internet. Breathtaking sunrise from the master bedroom! A rental car is almost unnecessary as you have all the conveniences within walking distance. Sitting adjacent to the 5 star Intercontinental Le Moana Resort and Spa, it is a short walk on the beach to take advantage of the hotels amenities. Or a short boat shuttle to their signature Award winning Spa at the Intercontinental Thalasso Resort and Spa .Two of the Top restaurants in Bora Bora are also within the vicinity (less 500 yards) along with a well-stocked convenience store, and some small boutiques for souvenirs! All restaurants on the main island of Bora Bora will pick you up with their free shuttle, so just give then a call for reservations. Experience a selection of activities that will surely keep you busy during your stay, or you can just hangout on the beach take a swim and enjoy taking the time to see the day pass by!

Excellent vacation home!

We had the best time at this beach house in Bora Bora! The place is beautiful, super clean, and right on a private beach. Waking up to ocean views every day was unreal. The house had everything we needed and felt really cozy. The host was super friendly and respond you right away. It honestly felt like our own little piece of paradise. Would 100% stay here again

Honeymoon in Beautiful Beach House in Matira Beach!

The house and the location were absolutely amazing. The house was exactly as described. The living area and kitchen were clean and had an amazing breeze from the ocean and both bedrooms were airconditioned. We were walking distance to everything that we needed, restaurants, markets and bars. This is the perfect stay for anyone looking to visit Bora Bora.

Great home in a beautiful location

This home is absolutely stunning—right on the water with breathtaking views that made every moment special. The interior was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it the perfect getaway spot. Our host was fantastic—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The villa is exactly as pictured and described. The location is right on the beach and close to markets, stores and restaurants. I would come back here again and again. Luanna helped us every time we had questions. The communication is very quick response time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Both the owners and the property manager, Luana, were exceptionally welcoming, gracious and accommodating. We did not rent a car during our four-day stay, so appreciated the ability to walk to a handful of dining options nearby and also have the small market so conveniently close. Our tweens loved playing on the beach in front of the house, and exploring with the house's kayaks. Would love to have stayed much longer, and wholeheartedly recommend it to any family looking to unwind or explore the Matira Beach end of Bora Bora.

We stayed for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year’s and everything about this location is lovely! We had such a fun and relaxing visit. Everything we needed was included and the property manager was amazing! We will be back!!!

We stayed here for two weeks in July for my 50th birthday. Everything about this place is perfect. We actually preferred the beach in the backyard to Matira. Although Matira is just as gorgeous. We felt like we had it all to ourselves because the neighbors always kept the no trespassing sign up. We even had a manta ray visitor in the backyard beach one day. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and very well maintained. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. But my most favorite part was meeting Louana. She really went out of her way to make not only our trip, but my birthday special. She always made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. And it felt genuine. That woman deserves a raise and I will never forget her. Book this house NOW.

Excellent beach house

We really enjoyed the house and the convenient location. We were able to walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed the yard, the hammock and the kayaks. It was great to have the coral garden so close for snorkeling. Louana was so nice and gave us her WhatsApp to contact her with any questions during our stay. I would definitely stay here again! I miss it already!

Amazing views and position on beach

We loved our stay in this lovely house that had a homely island feel to it . The views and position on the beach was amazing . We used the kayaks to go to the coral garden and just snorkeling off the beach we saw a stingray and beautiful fish . It’s in a great area with the sunset and sunrise beaches a walk away . The caretaker Louana was so helpful and informative ilshe made check in so pleasant . Such wishes we had more days here

Beautiful House and Property

The owner sends a welcome message will very helpful details before you arrive. The property manager, Louana, is really at your disposal. She is so kind and responds almost immediately to any text you might send. The house is lovely. The beach is exquisite. The neighbors are friendly and always wave if they see you walking in the drive. This property is a very good value! This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again next visit.

Perfectly positioned beach house

We have always stayed in resorts when taking tropical holidays but thought we would experience a beach house this time around in Bora Bora . Very glad we did . The house is charming and located right on the beach . Being keen swimmers , we were able to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the lagoon through out the day . Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores . It was also very convenient to be picked up for lagoon tours directly outside our house . We had a ball !

Amazing property

It is everything you want in a vacation home and more. I read it in other reviews, but I didn’t realize how amazing the location was until we got there. Being right next to the IC Le Moana is so helpful for pick ups and you have direct access to the beach, and the famous coral gardens/aquarium (large reef system great for snorkeling) is just a 15-20 minute kayak directly in front of the home. Grocery stores, several restaurants, and the AVIS rental are within walking distance. Truly an exceptional property. Already looking to stay here again!

The location is fantastic. Could use some signs at the road. We had a rental car so we didn't know where it was like a taxi driver would. But once we found it we have had an awesome stay. Private and relaxing but close to everything we needed. Louanna is lovely.

Everything about this house was outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the beach-front location, the sizable backyard — the hammock under palm trees is a great touch — the proximity to nice restaurants, shopping and pick-up spots for many excursions. The house was spacious, well-stocked with silverware, coffee and tea pots, swimming/snorkeling equipment, washer/dryer, A/C in both bedrooms, nice showers, and so much more. This house also was within a 1-minute walk to Intercontinental Bora Bora, where we were able to enjoy a Polynesian Cultural Show and an exquisite buffet dinner, as well as happy hour drinks and the sunset. Oh, and spectacular Matira Beach was a short drive/walk, to boot. Overall, this is a great house for any family or two couples when visiting Bora Bora. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Bora Bora Marina Beach house

We had a wonderful week at this perfect location. It was our second stay at this home. They upgraded the kitchen and a few other things since our last stay in 2016. Communication with Louana through the WhatsApp was fast and easy. Our flights were delayed and our phones weren’t working when we landed but Louana stayed and waited for us to arrive and let us in. The bed in the master bedroom is very firm and might not be comfortable for everyone. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks again!
