Our unit faces E and SE, and has a direct view of the Space X launch site as well! The building is 24 hour staffed, and has a resort style pool, hot tub, sauna, private beach access, fitness room, outside shower, coin op laundry, and gated secure parking. Enjoy a short walk to the entertainment district, restaurants, shops, and more!

The living room features a Samsung "The Frame" 4k tv. Enjoy 2,500+ new and classic pieces of art from world-famous galleries, or your favorite movies and shows, while you gaze out into the sandy beaches and breaking waves down below.

The bathroom is equipped with a bluetooth speaker exhaust fan. Sync up and enjoy your favorite podcasts or music while you freshen up.

There are two leather power reclining chairs and a leather sofa in the living room. Together they provide seating for four. The dining table seats 4, and there are also 3 bar stools at the bar.

The kitchen features a Nespresso coffee and espresso maker. We provide four pods for your stay. We also provide premium Hex Clad pots and pans for a superior and healthier non-stick cooking experience. All of the kitchen drawers feature soft close hinges.

There is a compacting mop with bucket and compacting broom under the sink for your cleaning needs while at the property.
