PLEASE READ: This property is a 2 story house converted in 4 private apartments.
Each of these apartments have their own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette/ living room. All apartments are private!
There are no shared living spaces. The only areas that are open to everyone is the coded front door and the lobby areas leading to the apartment doors and the pool.

Whether you’re here to explore the city, soak up the sun, or relax in a quiet, comfortable space, this is the perfect base for your Tampa stay.

The Pool is open and available for all of our guest. The front yard is a nice relax area with a fire pit for everyone to use.

• Hours of use: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM only.
• No lifeguard on duty: Swim at your own risk.
• Children: Must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No glass containers: Only plastic or metal drinkware allowed near the pool.
• No diving or running: For your safety.
• No loud music: Please respect neighbors.
• Shower before entering: To maintain water quality.
• Proper swimwear required: No street clothes in the pool.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Furniture care: Please do not move or drag furniture on surfaces.
• Clean up after use: Dispose of trash properly.
• No smoking unless permitted: If allowed, use ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts safely.
• No open flames: No candles, fire pits, or grills unless explicitly allowed.
• Respect neighbors’ privacy: Keep noise and conversations at a respectful level.
• Towels provided: Please place used towels on the basket by the pool.
• Pool gate must remain closed at all time
• No pets in the pool or patio area unless approved
