I respectfully disagree with your review. You requested a full refund after sending a photo of a dead, dried-out cockroach, and I do not know where it came from. That same morning, I personally inspected the home before your arrival and found no insects or signs of infestation. As I explained, pest control professionals advise that an occasional cockroach or palmetto bug can enter Florida homes, especially during this season. This does not mean there is an infestation. I contacted pest control, and although they could not come the same day, they inspected the property the following day and confirmed there was no infestation. I have the report to support this. I also asked you to cancel the reservation, but it was never canceled, so I was unable to process a refund. I always prefer guests to be honest and simply say if the home is not the right fit for them or does not meet their expectations. I am happy to work with guests in those situations. What is disappointing is when reasons are given that do not accurately represent what happened. We work very hard to provide a clean and comfortable home for our guests, and we take every concern seriously.
