**About the Reservation**
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may fluctuate daily. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.

Hostess Becky was so on it! Very available and responsive. Property was great! Centrally located to all Woodinville but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood! Very clean! Wonderful coffee, snacks and bottle of wine provided! Highly recommend!

Becky was an amazing host for our stay in Woodinville. Her home was all newly renovated. We were in town for the birth of our first grandchild. When we walked in there was a sign saying welcome to us and for the new baby. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a great location near many restaurants and attractions. All new appliances and furniture and very comfortable bed. Becky was very responsive to any questions we had. She was even concerned for us when a major storm was coming through. She let us know about the storm and where flashlights and such were in case a power outage occurred. Very considerate and much appreciated. Highly recommend to anyone.
