Experience comfort in our cozy, newly built 2-story home with central air/heat. Nestled in a gated campground where best mode of transportation is golf cart! Home is short walk to swimming pool, restaurant, kayak launch, boat ramp, playground, basketball court, fishing pier, and crabbing pier. Boats are welcome and can be docked at the Marina.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Chincoteague Island, Assateague National Seashore, and the surrounding areas. We provide beach essentials, including chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrellas, and a cooler for your convenience.

Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi jet tub, oversized sectional sofa, Fubo with MASN and movie channels, High speed satellite Wi-Fi, DVD/VHS movie collection, board games, fully equipped kitchen with basic pantry items, dining area, washer/dryer. Relax on the private back deck/yard featuring a Weber gas grill, fire pit, and hammock.

Excellent retreat

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was cleans, kitchen was well stocked and we had access to all the amenities! It was very close to a grocery store and easy access to Chincoteague!!!

The home was very nice- clean, well appointed, and large for what we needed. Amenities were perfect. The hosts responded promptly to all questions. Check in was easy.The only small downside was that the house isn't actually ON Chincoteague Island, so it was a bit of a drive to get there, but this was manageable for the weekend and we had a lovely stay. Would come back.

Property was great! House was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Enjoyed the deck and sitting around the fire in evening. Host was responsive and checked in throughout our stay. NASA is near by; we got to experience a rocket launch while crabbing on the pier one evening. Military base is close; we were able to see E2 Hawkeye planes fly over!

Nice Place to Stay

Great location near Chincoteague and Assateague. House has been remodeled and is spotless. Great shower and kitchen. Fresh drinking water is also provided. It was very well supplied and comfortable. It is located in a resort/campground so not spaced far from neighbors, but has lots of activities. One negative, like any location near a bay, there are mosquitos. So bring bug spray. Overall a really nice place to stay for a few days.

Great Cozy Spot

Great spot if you are looking to wind down away from busier locales. Great yard, loved the fire pit. Dog friendly was huge plus. Kids loved the pool, campground vibe fun and everyone super friendly. Property was super clean and owners were awesomely communicative! Enjoyed our stay!

Clean, Quiet and Convenient

House was clean, quiet and in a very charming neighborhood. Check in was smooth and easy and the owners were very accommodating, prompt and friendly. My husband and I, along with my sister in law and nephew syayed for 4 nights and had plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Friendly

Owners were super sweet and very accomodating. Our family had the best time and created lots of memories together thanks to this beautiful place. Very relaxing and hands off feeling. They have everything needed to feel right at home. Loved all the updated features and that it was very pet friendly.

Vacation with the family

We all had a wonderful time! The house was very nice. Enjoyed exploring the area and going to the beach! A fun time had by all! Just be sure to have bug spray- the mosquitoes were really bad.

Perfect place to relax

We stayed here for a family get away and enjoyed the chincoteague area. The property is very clean and well maintained and has all of the amenities you would need. The property owners provided detailed instructions and responded promptly. I would recommend this property to others.

Great Property

Overall our stay here was great. The house was clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The only negatives for us were the very low water pressure in the shower, and having to park under a pine tree that dropped needles and sap all over our cars. All my interactions with the owner were great.

The house is in a very nice community campground! It made me miss camping and the restaurant there is super good and there’s even a crab guy within the park that will cook up your crabs that you buy from him and there’s a launch place for your boat. So many things but not close to many stores, very peaceful and relaxing!!!!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I visit this campground a couple times a year and we are so happy to have found this rental. We have family that lives here and knew exactly what to expect in the surroundings. This rental has everything that is needed for a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay here again. House was very clean and stocked with all the amenities you could ask for. The fact that it is pet friendly is a huge plus for us. Thanks again Joe and Jean for sharing your house with us and I am sure you will be hearing from me again 😀

Loved it!!

I have to say this place is a hidden gem!! Not exactly what I expected.. but definitely worth the price for the location and amenities… I absolutely loved the ease of being there..every single thing we needed to know about was labeled and spelled out. Internet service and cell service.. wasn’t the best..no fault of the owner, just putting it out there. In return, they had a pretty cool selection of DVD’s.. which on the one rain day we had, was such a blessing. Also loved the pet friendliness..

Cozy & well maintained home thay owners take pride in. Well stocked kitchen. Everything you need. Great area for fishing & crabbing. Nice steam pot for your catch at home. Lots of notes & helpful instructions throughout home. Just an easy place to call home while on vacation. Beds comfortable. Great fridge/ washer dryer. Quick response to any inquire. We used marina- easy, friendly area. Rented golf carts- my family really enjoyed!!!

Exceeded our expectations!!

The home is amazing! The owners provide EVERYTHING you could possibly need, all you have to bring is clothes and food and you are as comfortable as being at home. Trails End is a fun place to stay, lots of great people and the store right on the camp ground is very convenient. The home is on a culd-e-sac it was very quiet and calm, not a lot of traffic. The owners even had a campfire ready to go, all you had to do was light it and enjoy the s'mores they provide for you. There is even access to the community pool, which was very nice even included a kiddy pool. We visited the island often and the owners even provided a pass to the beach so we didn't have to pay to enter. I can't recommend this place enough, it is beautiful and perfect, we will definitely be staying here again.

Our new home away from home

My older teenage daughter's and I had the most incredible time here and are planning on returning every summer! The house is just perfect! Super clean and completely equipped with everything you could possibly need. The girls had a blast with the golf cart we rented which made getting around the campground entertainment in itself. My favorite part besides the incredible house, was that there's really no need to even leave the campground. From the pool to the piers, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, the General Store and the golf cart...there was never a dull moment. We grabbed what we needed from Walmart and Food Lion (both about 20 mins away) and really only left to go to the beach. If you're looking to relax and have a great time, this is the perfect place! We can't wait to come back next year!
