Our stylish 3 bedroom vacation home is the perfect size for an extended family gathering! Sleeps 8 people with year round heated pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and large fire pit. We are in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood which is a short walk from the Whitewater Park and River Greenbelt. Enjoy river surfing, paddle boarding , fishing, restaurants, wineries and walking trails. We offer complimentary high speed internet and 5 cruiser bikes for you to enjoy while you unwind in luxury!

Boise's Westside neighborhood offers a mix of suburban tranquility and urban access, making it a great place for those seeking a more relaxed environment with easy access to outdoor activities, family-friendly amenities, and quick access to downtown Boise.
You have access to the villa property which includes the driveway, the backyard which includes the outdoor kitchen, the patio and firepit, the pool and hot tub along with the shed that houses 5 cruiser bikes.
The city’s bike/pedestrian network includes the Boise River Greenbelt — a paved trail system that runs along the river and connects many parts of the city, including west side neighborhoods.
Scooter and e-bike sharing services (like the Lime scooters) are available, including discounts in certain “Equity Zone” neighborhoods on the west side.
We are approximately 5-6 miles from Boise Airport (BOI), so depending on traffic and route, you should allow about 10-15 minutes driving time.
The Villa can be joined together with our Boise Whitewater Cottage property for larger group rental. The Cottage is a 2 bedroom/1 bath property. This larger property is advertised on Airbnb as the Boise Whitewater GrandeVilla and features some of the same pictures of the Villa, but with different pricing.
The driveway is reserved for the Villa. Cottage guests can use it to unpack their belongings on arrival if unoccupied but are then requested to immediately move their vehicles to the free and unrestricted street parking, located right in front of the property.
Cottage guests are advised to keep their pantry door closed on other side of the pass though door so noise doesn't carry. If you experience any discomfort with noise, please let us know and we will remind cottage guests to keep that door closed.
One pet is allowed and the fee is $150. Pet must not be left alone in the home or on the property unless crated. Please pick up after your pet before you leave or you will incure an extra $50 fee. We provide doggie bags for your convenience.
We are located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours need to be observed between 10pm-8 am. Any complaints from neighbors regarding noise are grounds for your reservation to be terminated without a refund.
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. No video recordings are taken. We have a ring doorbell on the front doors. If you have any questions, please ask. It is always on. No cameras are in the common areas.
Outside lights are on timers and will shut off at 10pm. Disabling the timers will result in a $100 charge.
Our bikes and outside games are located in the storage shed to the right of the outdoor kitchen. It opens by pulling on the left side. We offer 5 bikes, helmets, locks and nightlights.
Our pool and yard maintenance technicians access the back yard every week via the side fence.
