We are a family of 8 the house was very roomy, and clean. Great location close to the beach and very peaceful!!! Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful home!

The Palmer Guest Home was ideal for our family with 3 young adults. It’s even has a room for my mom with her own bathroom and minimal stairs. The neighborhood is quiet and 5 minutes walk to beach.

All-round fantastic place

What an absolutely brilliant place! The house was exactly what we were looking for - very comfortable, tastefully decorated throughout and had everything we could have needed. As for the location, it was perfect! Minutes walk from both the stunning beach and the lovely and friendly main street. We would highly recommend both Siesta Key and this property to anyone.

Palm Island

Stayed here for 4 weeks. Had an incredible time. House is great. Ten minute walk to beach. Fifteen minute walk to the Village. Management was excellent. Any problems were taken care of the same day.

We love Siesta Key and really enjoyed our stay in this home. The split "mother-in-law" layout is perfect, the outdoor space and pool are great, and the beach equipment and cart were a nice bonus.The walk to the beach is easy. If you're using the cart, I recommend Beach Access #8 since the path has much less soft sand. In my opinion, the beach between Access #8 and #10 is the best area.A few things could be improved. The kitchen is a little under-equipped, the refrigerator doesn't make much ice, and you'll need to purchase basic supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, and dish soap. The primary bedroom is huge, but the nearby A/C condenser is loud and cycles throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.Our biggest complaint was the bedding. The polyester sheets were uncomfortable and are the main reason we're giving this home four stars instead of five.Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely consider staying here again. A few simple upgrades—especially better sheets—would easily make this a five-star property.

Perfect Family Christmas "Siesta"

Memorable Christmas holiday with my adult family of 4 on the gulf coast. House provided perfect mix of common cooking, eating and TV area plus wonderfully spacious and private bedrooms for the required "me time" of a mature family. Great location led to daily morning walks on the beach and evening escapes to the village pubs. Owner left a nice personal welcome note and iTrip was quick to answer/solve my minor questions. Very professional. Was initially concerned recent storms would affect my stay - how wrong I was. Already planning for next year!

Great house for a family vacation!

We stayed here for 2 weeks for a family vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. There are 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and a 4th bedroom (also a second master bedroom) on the other side of the house which was great for visiting grandparents. The kitchen is large with lots of seating at the bar, a small table near the patio, and a larger table by the front door. The pool is small but it was nice to use when the kids didn’t want to go to the beach. The beach is a 10 minute walk away which is a little far with small kids and beach gear, but we made it work by using the beach cart wagon. The main street in Siesta Key is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. We really enjoyed our vacation here and would definitely recommend it and come back again!

Great House close to the beach.

This house was better in person than in the online photos in our opinion. Great space, and it was extremely clean upon check in. Easy walk to the village and the beach, and our kids loved the splash pool, it was the perfect size for them. The only criticism I would offer (very minor criticism or feedback), is the beach chairs could use replacing. There are some bag chairs, but some lower sitting beach chairs would be nice, as the lower sitting ones in the garage are pretty old. The other issue we had is the microwave stopped working while we were there, and no one ever came to fix it. I'm sure this was due to the availability to find someone to repair it, as the property manager did respond promptly and attempt to find someone to fix it. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again, it was a very nice house!

Spacious, Beautiful Furnishings

Spacious floor plan allows for individual comfort and group gatherings. Beautiful, upgraded furnishings. Top notch kitchen with plenty of cooking and serving dishes. Easy walk to beach access 10 @village.

Great house in a great location

The house was spacious and clean. We had 8 in our party and had plenty of room. Location was a short walk to the beach. The house is on the canal so bring your kayak or paddle board. We rented a golf cart for the week and had plenty of room for it on the driveway. Had a great time

Large home with a perfect location

The home was much roomier than the pictures depict. A very nice and well kept home a short walk from the beach and Siesta Village. The beach carts and chairs provided made trips to the beach with our 5 kids a joy.

Fantastic Experience

The house is amazing. When we arrived we found the house spotless. It was well equipped and had everything that we needed. Communication with Chris was easy. He responded quickly. We will definitely come back.

Great property!

We stayed at the Palmer house for two weeks over Christmas break and we couldn’t ask for a better property! The location is walking distance to beach (less then 10min) town and stores (15-20min). It was perfect for the kids and adults. House was clean, ready for our arrival. Check in was easy and property manager was very responsive. House is bigger then it looks online! Wonderful stay! Thank you Palmer family.

Excellent location

Very spacious comfortable house. Walking distance to the fantastic beach and easy to bike or walk to town. Palm Island is a quiet, friendly spot. Pool is small but felt good after a day at the beach.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Palmer House. The interior has a brand new feel to it and the Palmers have the house equipped with everything you need. Very spacious inside with beautiful wood floors and fantastic kitchen. Bedrooms are sunny and bright with large closets as a bonus! The neighborhood is lovely to walk around and it's a short walk to the beach or to the village. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We would like to stay again in the future!

Wonderful Vacation

My entire family enjoyed our time at Palmer House. The property had a great deal of room for everyone and the furnishings were perfect. My family came from London, Budapest and New York city and all were delighted. Thanks for being available and providing great weather too!!

Love, love, love It!

Beautiful House, walking distance to the fun village and to the beautiful white sand beach! Played tennis and pickle ball at the public beach. Grandkids loved the playground at the public beach!
