3 BR/2 BA Villa with Private South Facing Pool

Our 3 bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 people, and is located on Creekside community, in Kissimmee, opposite “Give Kids the World”. It is less than 15 minutes drive to Walt Disney World and 20-25 minutes to Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

Our villa has its own private screened, south facing heated pool (heating is an extra charge, ask for a price if needed) complete with patio furniture. Our Vacation Home is fully air conditioned and consists of 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has one queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom, complete with safe and walk in closet, in the second has one king size bed, and the third bedroom has twin single beds, all linens and towels are provided. The second bathroom comprises a single sink, separate WC and combined bath/shower.

Our large living/dining room is fully furnished, complete with TV, DVD, and FREE INTERNET access point. We have a fully equipped kitchen with adjacent breakfast area, we also have a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

We have a local based manager who is experienced and friendly and maintains the villa to the highest standard and will take care of any queries you may have during your vacation in Florida.

Creekside is a very small community and is within walking distance of Wal-Mart and very close to all the attractions along the 192.

Wonderful

The property is close to shopping and restaurants. The pool is awesome. The owners are great, very prompt at answering any questions you might have. This is our 4th stay and we are hoping to book again next year.

Comfortable Quiet House

Great house for a Disney theme park trip in a quiet location, just off the 192 highway. Walmart only a couple of kilometres away for shopping and plenty of choice of shopping/restaurants within east reach. House had all the amenities you might need and a great covered pool/outdoor area. Very happy with our stay.

We put the extra money in to having the pool temperature brought up and it was well worth it. Quiet neighborhood.

First Disney Trip

This was the first Disney trip for my boys. The location was close to the park and conveniently close to Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, and Starbucks, as well as many other food and attractions. The pool provided some welcome relief to the heat and was a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. Overall great experience.

Enjoyed the pool. Surprised that almost no consumables were stocked. One dishwasher tab. No dish soap. Two rolls of TP for 4 guests. No Saran wrap, foil, paper towels, garbage bags.

Very dirty and tired property

A lot of work needs to be done to bring the standard of the property up, BBQ was old and not useable . Kitchen utensils old and blunt. Various lights not working throughout property. Lounge flooring started to lift causing tripping hazard. Pool lining blown and needs repair & painting. Pool filter I assume is not working due to a lot of flys dead every morning on the surface. Both on suit basins & bath slow to flow away due to hair blockages.

Could had been better

House was spacious. The location was good. Only 5 minutes to Walmart and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. The parks were maybe 20-30 minute ride probably less without traffic. The pool was the best but the house was warm and not clean. Manager came in to change the AC filter and it cool down better after. She also send in a cleaner who cleaned floors, changed and made the beds and cleaned the fans cause they were so dusty you could not turn them on but she missed the bathrooms which I ended up cleaning them my self. This vacation home would be much better if the cleaners do a better thought out job.

Excellent vacation!

We had an amazing vacation at this villa. The house was super clean and the neighbour hood was quiet. The owners were excellent to deal with. It was close proximity to all the Disney and universal parks, and Walmart was only a couple minutes up the road. And that pool😍 It was AMAZING! Our family of 5 enjoyed it everyday of our 2 week stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone & will definitely stay again if we travel to Florida. Thank you♥️

Great Location, good size

The Villa was spotless, communication from the owners was excellent, pool was a good size, open plan layout was perfect for our family and we were impressed with the close proximity to the restaurants on the 192 and Walmart!

Amazing time!

We had an excellent time staying at this house. The location to Disney and Universal was perfect. It was roughly 15 minutes (without traffic). The rooms were excellent for the people we had and the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. My kids loved the pool and I'm glad we paid for it to be heated. We were in the pool for at least 9 hours each day. The owners are amazing to talk to and respond very quickly. We will definitely be booking again for upcoming trips!! Thanks for opening your home and allowing us to stay. It really felt like a home away from home.

Roomy house in great location

Quiet location - easy access to 192 (don’t have to go through gate or other busy side roads or streets) and to Walmart. Great couch and love seat set. Beds were a little soft for our liking. Some of the linens were worn. Next time we will bring our own. Faucet over kitchen sink bowls swivels over the countertop so had to turn water off in order to swivel from one bowl to another. Other guests did not do same, so countertop has been damaged over the years. All in all, good value for money. Hosts very responsive to our request to stay next winter,.

It was a great house!

The house was cute and it was in a good location, right between Disney and Universal (20 minutes to each). The house was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and blankets. The property manager was polite and responded quickly to questions. I was a little disappointed that having the pool heated cost extra. Once we decided it was necessary it took a couple days for it to heat (my kids drove me crazy asking if it was ready). We had a great stay though, and would recommend this property to others. My only suggestion though, is better lighting in the bedrooms. No biggie, it just felt like we were dressing in the dark sometimes. We had a lot of fun though!

My daughter played in the US Youth ODP Interegional event at the Omni Resort at Championsgate. The property was 25 mon from there which was great for the the days to go over and watch her games. Thanks VRBO!
