Liandys is a recently renovated air conditioned home with a modern interior and light filled rooms. 3 bedrooms - 2 x QB and 2 x King Singles (which can be easily pushed together to create a KB), DB sofa bed in Living Room. Huge bathrooms with an extra washroom in the large laundry area, which is also a lockable storage area for your water toys. Beautiful gardens and front deck to enjoy the regular visits from the local kangaroos, parrots and some resident bower birds under the frangipanis.

liandys@lakeconjola is a home where you are encouraged to feel relaxed and chilled, leave the everyday world behind and really enjoy this beautiful environment. There is so much to do in the area, either stay close to home with beautiful walks or lazing by the lake or beach, kayaking or a SUP paddle at sunrise or sunset, fishing wherever you can drop your line or hiking further afield in the surrounding National Park.

The lake is an easy flat 120m walk away, with the beach, 3 boat ramps and local cafe within a 5 minute drive. Lake glimpses from the front balcony.

The house is very comfortable, light and bright with an open plan living, leather lounge, air-conditioning, combustion wood fireplace, kitchen and dining which flows to a spacious outdoor entertaining area. There are comfy chairs and table setting, a BBQ ready to use and the space is great for entertaining family and friends. For more chill time check out the many books and games for your enjoyment.

Our property is dog friendly with small dogs allowed inside but we do ask that you control access to the living areas only, not in bedrooms or on furniture. Large dogs outside only please, you are required to clean up after your dog.

No smoking in the house, including the front deck. Please bin your butts. Firewood is not supplied and is available at the local shop.

Linen & Towels: Sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats and washcloths are provided. (In the 3rd bedroom the king single beds can be easily pushed together to create a KB, however, KB sheets and quilt are not supplied - the room is only prepared as 2 single beds with linen). You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Supplied: All beds have mattress & pillow protectors, down quilts, quilt covers and comfy pillows. Blankets are supplied in the colder months. Tea towels in kitchen drawer.
