The moment you enter the 16th floor of this beautiful, bright and spacious waterfront condo you will have spectacular views of miles of white sand, crescent beach and the Gulf of Mexico. While sitting on your 40 foot balcony, enjoying a cocktail, overlooking South Marco Island and the Gulf of Mexico you are at your tropical paradise. You will enjoy feelings of serenity and peace as you view the ocean and palm trees and feel the calm, quiet, warm ocean breeze on your face.

Your living room is eloquently decorated with comfortable sofas and cable television and WiFi. The master bedroom contains a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed with a twin trundle underneath.The bedrooms have a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico with sliding doors to the balcony. There are 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and dining area for comfort for the entire family.

The South Seas Condos is a 55 acre gated community, with gorgeous landscaped grounds and walking paths located on the beach. There is a heated swimming pool, exercise room, tennis courts and private boat docks.

Your vacation at South Seas Condos on the beautiful and quaint Marco Island can be a quiet, relaxing day at the pool or beach with beach towels chairs and umbrellas. You may choose to parasail or rent inner tubes, canoes or kayaks on the beach or you may explore the tropical lagoon. You can rent a pontoon boat from Rose Marina and view the coastal waterway and see the dolphins or enjoy a few hours fishing. You can explore the Florida Everglades or take a speed boat to the Florida Keys. During the afternoon or evening you can go for drinks, lunch or dinner at beautiful, prestigious Naples which is 20 minutes away. Of course, a round of Golf is just minutes away at scenic award winning courses. A 2 hour drive to Miami to visit South Beach may be something you choose or you can make a shorter trip to other beautiful areas in south west Florida. There are a variety of seafood restaurants and other magnificent eateries on Marco Island and the entire region. Make this your vacation choice at anytime of year because the weather is always warm and wonderful.

Great Stay

Great location with a beautiful view. Felt very safe with the security measures of the property. Pool is wonderful for the kids, although the pool attendant was a bit aggressive. Overall great stay with a nice mix of beach and pool. Located near many great restaurants as well.

Winter getaway

It was a nice way to kick off 2021 with a beautiful vacation! The owners of the property were very kind and helpful to make our stay comfortable! The view was fantastic! Would totally go back!

We had a lovely time. We were comfortable and primarily lived on the balcony! We have been coming to Marco for over 25 years and this is our first time at South Seas. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and we would return here again.

The property was updated, on the beach, close to everything and the host was amazing. She even provided a scale that said I lost 3 pounds to compensate for the candy she also provided! :-)

Great Place!

My family and I vacationed here over Thanksgiving week 2022. It's a beautiful relaxing place! Livingroom and 2 bedroom have beautiful views of Tigertail Beach, Marco Island and the Gulf of Mexico. 2 remodeled bathroom and a primary shower to relax in. The whole place is a cozy experience. Easy walking distance to beach or a great pool to take a dip in. Absolutely 110 % happy with this. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful

Everything was just as pictured in this condo. There is a wide beach, so it’s a little walk to the water but no problem. The owners closet has all the beach things you need. The pool is one of the best I’ve been in. The gulf over the 4th of July was so warm, felt like bath water. We will definitely go back again next year.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is so comfortable and very well equipped. Plenty of room with the pull out couch an option. Rooms very spacious and showers had awesome water pressure. The highlight is the balcony, 3 sliders to get out and breathtaking views of the beach and ocean and plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the view. One activity we enjoyed beside the beach was we took a trip to Shell Island on a boat out of Goodland which is just on the other side of Marco Island. Small group ride and saw lots of Dolphins 🐬. So much fun.

Family Beach Vacation

5+ Stars! Loved, loved this property! The view was the best! The cute, updated condo was great with everything you could possibly need for an awesome beach vacation (coolers, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, cart), and the property was so beautiful with a very nice pool! Everything was easy from check-in to check-out! We were traveling with our 3 daughter’s and there was plenty of room for everyone! Spent a lot of time on the big balcony, looking at beautiful Marco! Made many trips to the beach, it’s a ten minute walk but well worth it with such pretty views! I would love to stay at this property again!!! Great memories made! Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful condo!

Exactly what we expected!

Based upon the pictures and information we received from the property owner the condo was exactly what we expected to find upon arrival. The view from the condo is amazing, the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking including a waffle maker and George Foreman grill. She even leaves chocolate kisses in the fridge! The owner provides everything needed for the beach goer. EX: chairs, towels, noodles, rafts, coolers, and sand carts. Yes, the walk is a little long but so worth it. We would highly recommend Sweet Annie's for ice cream, Marco Golf and Garden for Putt Putt, and Dreamlander Cruise for your excursions.

Nice condo with a wonderful view on Marco beach

Overall we were happy to spend a weekon Marco beach. Apartment is nice and clean, very well equipped with everything you need. The problems we had were minor and the owners and management were very easy to reach. Couple things to keep in mind . It takes a long time to get down or up on the elevator. Lots time to wait and lots stops on every floor. It is a good workout to get to the water, the beach is wide, so it takes a pretty good effort to drag chairs, umbrella, etc to the beach. The beach itself is not equipped with changing rooms or tojlet, which was a minor inconveniece which shortened our beach time. And it is a good idea to take water shoes, there are lots and lots of sharp shells in the sand. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay

Outstanding Condo!

This condo was everything that the listing detailed and more. It was fully stocked with not only the basics, but also a closet full of beach equipment, plenty of towels, ample cookware, and an amazing coffee bar. It even had some important extras like dishwasher soap and garbage bags. The view is absolutely fabulous from both bedrooms and the living room; you can see the entire stretch up the beach and an expansive oceanfront panorama. The balcony is enormous; the interior space is extremely roomy; it also felt warm and comfortable. The hosts truly thought of everything for a wonderful stay. Eileen’s communication was the very best of all of the owners with whom we have worked during our years renting through VRBO. From the moment that we requested to book, she was extremely responsive and remarkably thoughtful. She even sent an email to check in with us at the mid-point of our two-week stay. We have been vacationing on Marco Island for nearly three decades (including being owners for a long time). When we return to Marco Island, we plan to book far enough in advance to secure Eileen’s outstanding unit. The condo is a real gem as are its owners.

Beautiful condo but needs cleaning and maintenance.

This condo is in a great location and is beautifully decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen. There are a few issues I wish I had known going into it. First, the condo charges a registration fee to park which was never mentioned to us. The other issue we had was the 2 bathroom tubs/showers have not been remodeled and have old whirlpool jacuzzi tubs. It seemed like they had never been cleaned bc the jets were FULL of MOLD. The hand railing and shower heads were also caked in mold. We have a severe mold allergy and if I had known that this condo had this issue I wouldn't have booked it. It needs to be deep cleaned or better yet, ripped out. Another thing to mention is the beach is a FAR walk from Tower 3. If you are coming with multiple young children, it's actually a tough walk to do.

Fantastic Beach Destination

This is our second visit to this property and it was even better than our first visit. The condo has been completely renovated and is beautiful. It provides everything you could need to have a worry free beach and vacation experience. The views are amazing and its proximity to restaurants, shopping and all that the island can offer is perfect. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella’s and even a beach cart are all provided. All you need is a bathing suit! Rest assured that you will have an amazing time as your hosts are incredibly responsive and committed to you have the very best time possible. Looking forward to our next visit!

Relaxing and beautiful

The owners were fantastic to work with, answering any concerns. The Property management office were so kind and had maps for us ready to go. The condo is beautiful and location to see the beach perfect. Yes you will have a long walk to the sea, but so worth it; the owners supply beach needs along with a wagon to carry it all. I spoke with the owner a few times and I could feel her excitement for us to have a wonderful vacation. My husband and our friends could not have been more happy with all the Marco Island offered. South Seas Tower, Marco Island

We Loved our trip. The view from our condo was breath taking, and we lived at the beach. The walk to the beach was a bit lengthy but so worth it. The only complaint was the little black bugs that ate you alive in the evening walking to and from the beach!!! Can't wait to go back!!

The good, the bad

We loved our time in Marco. Things to clarify or reiterate in case you are on the fence. The walk from the condo to the beach is quite a distance...you need to pack and prepare for the day. The pool closes at dusk. The wait for an elevator at peak times is real. The good: The ocean. The beach. The wildlife. The lagoon. The comfortable condo. The view from the 16th floor balcony: sun/moon rise and the ocean. Stunning. The very thoughtful closet of beach gear. The well appointed kitchen. Winn-Dixie. Those working at the gate house were consistently efficient and pleasant. Nearby outdoor dining options. The bad: Not everyone (guests, staff, cleaning personnel) felt it necessary to adhere to mask protocol as outlined on the signs posted in Tower 3. Communication and customer service from management company was sloppy, inconsistent, non existent and/or unprofessional....received several emails with conflicting information about check in process and parking fees...”welcomed” by management company reps who were dismissive and surly...no heads up about outrageously noisy repairs happening for 2 days in the condo next door while some in our party tried to zoom, work or sleep...no heads up about the building repairs and renovations taking place in the bathrooms and lobby...strongly reprimanded by contractors upon arrival at Tower 3 for entering the wrong door.

Highly recommend

This property was clean, with fantastic views of the Gulf. The owners thought of everything you would need for a day at the beach, as well as items stocked in the kitchen for your arrival ie; coffee, tea, creamer, sugar. If you want to really relax away from the crowds this is the place to be. If you like shelling along the beach, you will not be disappointed.

Marco Island stay July 31-August 7th

The condo was nice and clean. The owners have everything you need for the beach. There are tons of towels, chairs, beach games, coolers, carts and more. The kitchen had everything you need to cook on vacation if you chose too. The only negative comment I would say was the beds were hard, however, we are use to a memory foam mattress so we would not be ones to judge this. We enjoyed using the cards and checker game durring the rainy days. The view is beautiful from the condo, however, you need to know the walk to the actual ocean water is about 7 minutes. We enjoyed our time at the pool. It is very nicely kept. Overall I would recommend this condo. The owners are easy to work with and the check in and checkout process was easy.

Serene and Spectacular

The Marco Island beaches are amazing. We were able to swim out to an active, live sand bar where the kids encountered countless sand dollars and starfish. The surf is gentle and the shelling is second to none. This property is clean and quiet and close enough to the grocery store that you can ride there on your bike, which can be rented and delivered by a local company. The owner of this unit is highly responsive and the experience was completely seamless- check-in/out were fast, no issues during our trip. The beds were comfortable and the internet was dependable. Plenty of space for everyone at the pool and adequate shade.

The condo is Amazing...pool & beach Not so much!

The condo was absolutely amazing! It’s so nice and clean and literally equipped with everything you could possibly need! The beds were comfy and I loved that they even provided box fans for the bedrooms bc that last room does hold quite a bit of heat. The balcony view is gorgeous and we just felt right at home in this condo! It’s actually the nicest I’ve ever stayed in! The property however, is a total different story. The pool has an “on staff attendant” at all times, these are not lifeguards, they are only rule enforcers. There are TONS of rules. It is Not very kid friendly at all! They won’t allow any toys in the pool area besides noodles, goggles, and diving sticks. No balls of any kind and no rough playing, which with having two boys is kindly tough. They reserve 9-10am for “adult lap swim only” and no night swimming at all bc the pool closes at dusk which is 8:45. This was way early considering most places allow swimming until 10-11pm. The lady “attendant” is extremely rude & ridiculous! No food at all allowed in the pool gates either, even including a ziploc bag with just finger snacks. My 10 year old son even got fussed at for not wearing a shirt in the elevator...we were going down to the pool so why would that even matter. My daughter got fussed at for not wearing shoes on the elevator. I felt like we were literally getting in trouble throughout our entire stay, which is very disheartening considering vacation is supposed to be about unwinding and relaxing. Those things made it really hard to enjoy our time there bc we felt like we were constantly having to make sure we weren’t breaking any of the “property rules”. One man beside us even said to be careful not to breath 12 times too fast bc they only allow you to breath 10...which we found hilarious bc the rules are just so ridiculous! Maybe it’s bc they cater for it to be more like a retired community but geez. Also, I didn’t think the listing was very clear on how far from the ocean this oceanfront condo really is. It was about a 12 minute walk to get to the ocean which is extremely difficult on children and elderly. Bc of this, we unfortunately were only able to walk to the ocean two times. Thankfully, the condo does have a beach buggy that you can fill with all your beach supplies for the long walk but even then it was a job pulling it all that way through the sand. When it rains there, there isn’t much at all to do. We had three children so keeping them occupied was a chore.

We purchased this property because we wanted a waterfront, beachfront tropical area in the United States that we can relax and enjoy and visit the entire year. Southwest Florida and Marco Island is the perfect family vacation week.

We love the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico and the gorgeous white, sandy beach from the 16th floor 40 foot balcony. The condo is spacious and the rooms have bright, warm sun entering throughout the day. There are sliding doors to the balcony from every room. When sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine you view the spectacular beach and ocean while feeling the warm ocean breeze on your face.
