Upon arrival to Southseas, one has to register the dates of their stay with the management office in the lobby for a $100 fee made payable to Southseas Northwest . In turn, a parking permit will be issued which allows for entry to the property, garage, and overnight parking.

Unit 1102-3 is a beautiful beachfront condo with ocean and sunset views! This 11th-floor condo has been completely renovated and is equipped with everything one needs to enjoy a great stay. From this condo, you get to see the beachfront location, with views from the condo of the pool, the ocean, the sunsets, and also views of the Bayside, with views of the tennis and pickleball courts, some of the boat docks, the bay, the City of Marco, and on a clear day, both the Captain SS Jolley Bridge and The Stan Gober Bridge off in the distance! From the balcony that spans the living room and master bedroom and overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, you will have a perfect view of the very pretty grounds at South Seas North West, including the lovely geothermally heated swimming pool, the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful blue ocean, the dolphins at play, a great variety of boats, the natural preserve and the magnificent Southwest Florida nightly sunsets that are always changing and always beautiful! If you have never seen these sunsets before, you will love watching that sun look as if it is sinking into the ocean. It is a very still and tranquil experience to take part in watching from the beach, your balcony, living room, master bedroom, or kitchen, but definitely best seen from outside on the balcony!

I have added many wonderful upgrades to my condo for the enjoyment and comfort of each guest.
The newest feature that I am excited to offer inside my condominium is a New A/C system designed with a state-of-the-art air purification system designed to clean and purify the air of pollutants and odors, most importantly killing bacteria, mold, and viruses including the dreaded Covid! Guests can enjoy this very clean condo knowing the air quality is as good as it gets! Additionally, for your comfort, in the bedrooms and living room, there are lighted ceiling fans with various speeds, an all-new water heater, and all new appliances and fixtures of excellent quality to give the best and most comfortable stay for my family and to each of my guests. There is high-speed WiFi in the condo and in the bedrooms and living room, Smart TVs, with a very large screen in the Living Room.

For your comfort and convenience, at the kitchen counter, I offer stools and electrical outlets designed for your computers, tablets, and phones to be used, and a dimmer switch to control your desired lighting. Across from the kitchen you will find is a well-stocked utility closet unique to my condo, I try to stock trash liners, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and other extras of so many everyday items to help keep your vacation just that by reducing your need to run to the market for every little thing that you wouldn’t think about until you have settled into your rental and realize it is missing some basic everyday needs.

You will find a kitchen so well stocked with all the gadgets ever needed to cook, bake, or to keep it simple by just serving a tray of cheese and crackers, and with what’s needed to open a bottle of wine or remove a bottle top…in short, you will have it all! The linen closet is also stocked with fresh linens, fluffy towels, beach towels, laundry basket iron, and an ironing board.
In the bedrooms, you will find comfortable mattresses, and pillows are offered with quality bedding and a King-Size bed for the Master Bedroom and a Queen-Size Bed for the Queen Bedroom.
In the bathrooms, you will find a choice of a traditional bathtub with a showerhead that can easily convert to a handheld device or a walk-in shower with a detachable handheld shower. For convenience, there is a hairdryer located in each bathroom.

This condo is beautifully decorated, well thought out, bright, comfortable, well-equipped, and ready to help offer you a comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing, and stress-free quality vacation by the sea!

Also, for your convenience, you will have a designated locker located near the elevators used specifically for all beach equipment. Just bring your sunscreen and bathing suit, beach bag, hat, and be ready to find all else that you will need for the beach! Kept in that designated locker, for your needs, are four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a large and a smaller cooler, beach toys, beach noodles, and a beach cart that is designed to hold and transport with ease all the beach “stuff” as its large wheels allow for easy transport from the building over the sand to the shoreline. Once at the shoreline you will have arrived with everything that you need to spend as much time you want. The sand is white and sparkly, the shells are plentiful, the ocean has no strong currents or drop-offs to be concerned with, the warm water is soft, blue. The beach walking opportunity stretches on for miles, the nature, the seashore birds, and wildlife are varied and fun to observe. When you are in the mood for the pool, it is also just steps from the building and is a beautiful pool designed to heat naturally through a geothermal system. There is a poolside attendant and it is equipped with chaise lounge chairs, some tables with chairs, and a thatched shaded area with seating.
