Nestled within the exclusive Village at Nags Head community, this beautiful home overlooks the lush fairways of Nags Head Golf Links, offering a tranquil setting for families and friends to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the best of the Outer Banks.

Multiple levels of decks invite you to soak in sweeping sound views, sip your morning coffee in the coastal breeze, enjoy meals outdoors, or end each evening with one of the Outer Banks' unforgettable sunsets.

The private backyard oasis is designed for making vacation memories. Surrounded by mature landscaping and open green space, you'll enjoy exceptional privacy while spending the day in the 32 x 12 private heated pool or relaxing poolside in the sunshine. A covered outdoor seating area provides a cool place to gather for lunch, unwind with a good book, or take an afternoon nap. The beautiful blue tiled outdoor bar is perfect for mixing your favorite vacation drinks, while the 6 person hot tub offers the ideal place to watch colorful soundside sunsets after a day at the beach.

One of Tranquil Turtle's greatest features is the abundance of gathering spaces throughout the home, giving everyone room to spread out while still coming together for quality time. The first level features a game room complete with a foosball table, sleeper sofa, and wet bar, creating the perfect hangout for movie nights or friendly competitions. Just off the game room, you'll find a King En Suite with private backyard access, along with a convenient laundry area.

The second level offers another comfortable living space with a flat screen TV, sofa, chair, and direct access to the wraparound deck overlooking the peaceful surroundings. This floor also includes two King En Suites, a Two Full Bed En Suite, a bunk room with two Twin over Full bunk beds, and an additional hall bathroom.

The top level is the heart of the home, where soaring ceilings, warm wood accents, and expansive windows create a bright and inviting great room. The well appointed kitchen features rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops, and plenty of space for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family feasts. The adjoining living area offers a large sectional sofa, gliding chairs, and a TV, all positioned to take advantage of the beautiful sound views that fill the room with natural light and a peaceful coastal atmosphere. This level also includes a King En Suite with a soaking tub and separate shower, a convenient half bathroom, and a cozy loft with a comfortable chair and private deck access, making it the perfect place to slip away and enjoy the scenery.

The Village at Nags Head is a unique sound to ocean community offering exceptional amenities, including private sound access. Guests can enjoy two soundside piers, both featuring waterfront parks that are available to all residents and visitors, providing even more opportunities to experience the natural beauty of the Outer Banks.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

With beach chairs and umbrellas, surfboards, oceanfront dining, and daily live music and entertainment all at your fingertips, Village Beach Club transforms your Outer Banks getaway into a full resort destination.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

Gather Restaurant at Village Beach Club is open to the public.
