Notice - there is another Airbnb suite above this and noise can transfer down, especially on weekends when there is usually a lot of activity. The building does have quiet hours after 10pm so message me before it gets too late if these are being violated. There is also a neighborhood noise ordinance so the non-emergency Royal Oak police can help if it's 3am and the other guests are causing a ruckus, this is an option, and it usually works better if the rule breakers are caught in the act. But, if you are sensitive to noise this may not be the space for you!

You can walk to the most popular Royal Oak activities within 10-15 minutes including the Detroit zoo, Emagine movie theater, and central downtown.
The building is a 5 suite complex. Each suite is fully private.
