➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR YOUR STAY:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided to guests upon arrival. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit and are welcome to make themselves at home. Please note that the garage is off-limits to guests.



➤ Availability of free driveway parking.



➤ Community keys are provided for access to the neighborhood amenities, including the pools, tennis, and squash courts.

Guests may request extended control outside this range for an additional fee (Please inquire if you require this service). An eco mode is enabled when the home is unoccupied, which may allow temperatures to rise to the mid-80s to conserve energy. Please note that due to the nature of short-term rentals and guest usage, i cannot guarantee uninterrupted system performance at all times, as excessive adjustments may occasionally require maintenance.

➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
