Beautiful Condo

This is our second stay at Surf and Racquet and first time in this unit. It was perfect. Beautiful lanai with corner views, well appointed kitchen, and comfortable bed. The location is great, a bit up from the traffic and noise of Kona but close thatā€™s itā€™s an easy drive away. We will be back!

Seriously - we have stayed on the Big Island many times and this is one of the best properties we have had the pleasure of enjoying. It is so well kept and beautiful with an amazing view! We loved staying here! Beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, quiet resort, and great communication with Kona Coast Vacations who manage the property! Highly recommend if you want to enjoy the Kona area!

Beautiful Property!!

The property was exactly like the description. Everything was beautiful as expected. The only thing i would say that they could improve was the table and chairs on the deck are really tall and tough to sit at for a long period of time. Also i should have read the reviews about not having air conditioning, it got a bit warm a couple of nights. Otherwise we had an exceptional time!!!

Wow! Simply Stunning

The pictures of the condo don't do it justice. The sunset views from the balcony were unbelievable, we saw spinner dolphins, whales, and so much more right from the comfort of the balcony! With amazing snorkeling only minutes away and restaurants nearby as well this place is everything you want in a vacation property! After 3 weeks we are finding it hard to leave!

Amazing views!

All the comforts of home. The amenities we great. We loved having the option for laundry (in unit) and the lighted pickleball courts. Only downside is their is no air conditioning, but many fans helped and it wasnā€™t an issue.

The apartment is spacious. It is very tastefully decorated. The view is outstanding. Shower wonderful. Washing machine and drier superb. Very comfortable and large bed. We loved the bamboo curtains. Balcony area is lovely to sit and eat and drink watching and listening to the sea. Location very convenient but you need a car. Parking is good. Communication with the management company excellent. We will be back!

We have been going to Kona for years. We have had our regular places, but they were not available for our dates this year. I am so happy because KKSRC was perfect for us. Beautiful view

Great location with beautiful views of the sun setting on the ocean. Property listing is very accurate. Very clean and comfortable place. Listened to the waves crash against the shore all night from the master bedroom. The only thing I would change is I wish the property had air conditioning. There were a few days it got kind of muggy in the condo and AC would of been nice. Over All beautiful property with great property management. We would definitely stay here again.

5 nights on big island

Our first trip to big island. Location was very good if you plan on visiting all of the island. No a/c but fans kept it cool enough. Be aware, birds will be your 6am wake up call if you have windows open. Carpet needs cleaning but everything else was good. Mgmt company is top notch!!

Relax in paradise

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, modern, peaceful and it was exactly what we were looking for. It had a great location. Close to plenty of things to do. The snorkeling literally one minute down the road was the best we have experienced in Hawaii. I would stay here again without hesitation. There was one detail that should have gotten a note in the description. The unit does not have air conditioning. This was not a problem but it would have been nice to know in advance. A couple of nights were quite warm.
