Beautiful ocean views from the balcony and you can hear the waves! Lots of water sport items to use. Nice pool and hot tub area, all around great place and location!

Wonderful place!
The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were right across from a beautiful beach and had a beautiful pool we could use in the evenings and on high swell days.

Outstanding location across the street from Magic Sands beach. Wonderful supply of beach gear. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed condo with a well supplied kitchen and bath. Decent views of the beach and the mountains from the lanai. If I ever come back to Kona, I'll stay here -- and tell my friends to do the same.

We had a great stay at this condo! Perfect location for us with two teenagers as they were able to come and go to the beach and the pool without needing to be transported. Being right across the street from the beach also meant we did not have to pack lunches and all the āstuffā. We could enjoy the water and just walk back as needed. Beautiful location and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the water and the sunsets.

Perfect Location
Clean, easy check-in, plenty of room, pool was great. Had everything we could need! Best view of the sunset from the lanai. Management checked in several times through text and responded quickly if we needed something. Magic Sands Beach is just across the road, and it was just a short drive anywhere else in Kona we wanted to go! Would definitely stay there again!

Had a great time there with my 12 year old twins. Was nice to be able to walk to the beach!
